Ich habe ein falsches Zimmer bekommen

Cons:

Ich habe extra ein Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht was frei was stsxtesswn habe ich ein anderes Zimmer bekommen was ich nicht wollte, im Endeffekt hätte ich mir die 114€ sparen können und ein Zimmer für 70€ buchen.

Gute Lage und bequemes Bett dafür nicht gerade sauber.
Pros:

Lage top, ca. 600m bis zum Main.
Bett und Kissen bequem. Frühstücksbuffet, bis auf die Qualität der Brötchen, gut.

Cons:

Von Service und Sauberkeit sollte man nicht viel erwarten. Der Teppich im Zimmer war überseht mit Flecken, genauso wie Zierkissen und Sessel im Zimmer. Am ersten Abend war das Duschgel komplett leer, aufgefüllt werden konnte es Abends nicht mehr. Der Service würde sich am nächsten Tag darum kümmern. Dichtungen in der Dusche müssten erneuert werden.

Air Conditioning

Cons:

Yu could hear every person who slapped their door. Eventually you would be so scared while yu were sleeping or resting!
A lot of noises during the day and night in the hall of rooms
And the other rooms with more than 2 boys I think where making so much noises and I had to knock on their wall to be silent. It was so bad!
But I just came for air conditioning…
And the breakfast? The bread doesn’t look fresh and no many variations too eat
Also, I wanted to take a shower- no shampoo for my hair.
It was empty!
Luckily I had shampoo with me…

Pros:

Great location, close to S-Bahn, tram into city, walk along river into city, plus excellent pizza restaurant very close.

Cons:

Please provide electric kettle in the room - although I asked at the Desk and a kettle was loaned/available to take to our room.
