Cons:

Staff was not there in the morning to check out, consistently unpleasant and rude. One lady was even shouting at another guest.

Sehr gutes Hotel,,abseits des Zentrum's aber definitiv empfehlenswert
Pros:

Ein absoluter Glücksfall. Ich war von der Freundlichkeit des Personal überrascht. Auch als es nachts zu einem Fehlalarm, wegen Feueralarm, aufgrund von Personen kann die im Zimmer verboten rauchten, wurde diese ruhig und sicher gemanagt. Nichts desto trotz, ist es ein absolut modern und angenehm eingerichtet Hotel. Sowohl die Zimmer Alsauch Lobby oder Frühstücksbereich.
Ebenfalls wird ein sehr umfangreiches Frühstück angeboten.
Das Hotel liegt Tram Verkehrsgünstig im Osthafen Frankfurts. Die Umgebung ist nicht übertrieben einladen. Aber man ist zunächst den Stadtteil Seiten Straßen segr zügig an kleinen Shops, Restaurants oder Bars.

Cons:

Teilweise waren einge Gäste nachts über Mitternacht vorm Gebäude sehr lebhaft, da sie ggf. dort Rauchten oder Personen trafen, die nicht zum Hotel gehörten.

Receptionists were very friendly , flexible, willing to help.

Cons:

The garage entrance was blocked for some time during the evening/night by a technician’s car, which had been left there while unlocking the elevator, causing a long queue on the nearby street as well.

Die Lage war sehr gut, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in direkter Nähe.
Freundliches und Hilfsbereites Personal.
Ausstattung der Zimmer war in Ordnung, bei geschlossenen Fenstern fast kein Lärm zu hören.

Cons:

Hotel an sich ist sehr hellhörig

Gut zu empfehlen
Pros:

War nur eine Nacht ohne Frühstück ohne Sonstiges. War ruhig, konnte gut schlafen.

Cons:

Es hätte die Möglichkeit für einen Kaffee auf dem Zimmer sein können und eine kl. Flasche Wasser für die Nacht.

Jammer maar de kamer was goed

Prima locatie als je niet in centrum hoeft te zitten. Uitstekende kamer

Cons:

Ontbijt was echt niet oké. Kromgetrokken en uitgedroogde kaas. Eiersalade en een andere onduidelijke salade die dagen oud waren en al een korst hadden. Koffiemachine was vies.
Na een opmerking hierover werd alle kaas vervangen en de eiersalade weggehaald.
Er was geen management om de vele nietsdoende medewerkers aan te sturen. Medewerkers die echt geen benul hebben en dus ook niet zien wat mis is of beter kan. Waar is de aansturing?

La recepción fatal ! Muy tardada ! Nada amable y para salir del estacionamiento tuve que bajarme del auto 3 veces para abrir el portón yo

Cons:

Im ganzen Hotel gibt es komische und extrem penetrante Gerüche. Beginnend bei zu stark parfümiert bis hinzu Kanalisationgeruch war alles dabei. Der After-Service ist extrem schlecht. Keine Rückmeldung auf E-Mails oder Anrufe. Nie wieder!

Prima verblijf voor een nacht.
Pros:

Goede locatie, lekker ontbijt

Cons:

De airco kan niet ingesteld worden. Het was enorm warm op de kamer omdat de thermostaat op 18 graden verwarmen stond. Ontbijt was erg prijzig voor een hotel. In de beschrijving stond dat het een queensize bed zou zijn, maar dit waren 2 losse bedden tegen elkaar aan. Ook veel vlekken in vloerbedekking.
