Meu hotel preferido em Campinas.
Pros:

recebemos um upgrade e uns mimos no quarto, cafeteira e chocolates.

Cons:

achei que poderia ter um charme maior no lobby da recepção e no restaurante. Alguns detalhes fazem a diferença. A piscina é muito boa, mas estava com problema no aquecimento da água.
