According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. Equipe prestativa, piscina excelente, restaurante muito bom e localização muito boa com vários restaurantes próximos.
Quarto um pouco antigo, pelo nível do hotel poderia passar por uma reforma.

Localizado em uma rua tranquila de um bom bairro em Campinas, com várias opções de serviços. Funcionários atenciosos atenderam a pedidos específicos. Café da manhã com boa variedade e início às 6:00am. Roupas de cama e banho limpas e em bom estado.
Os quartos não possuem bom isolamento acústico: é possível escutar uma conversa em tom normal do quarto vizinho. A limpeza do banheiro poderia estar melhor, pois havia alguns fios de cabelo de chão. No momento da reserva, deveriam informar claramente que o preço da diária, mesmo sendo acima da média, não inclui estacionamento.

Atendimento cortês e eficiente. Acomodações confortáveis e limpas. A arrumação do quarto foi bastante rápida e impecável. Também gostamos muito da localização, que foi estratégica para acessar rodoviária, shopping, restaurantes, entre outros.

Good location, close to several nice restaurants. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is decent. The rooms are outdated but clean.
WiFi is the worst I have ever experienced. Unable to even make basic calls. Paid option isn’t much better. Can’t suggest the hotel if you have any work to do.
