Темно, вай фай плохо ловит в комнате, персонал грубый. Утюга и услуга глажки нет услуга стирки нет. 10:00 с завтрака выгоняют. Трансфер по букингу написано было есть но по факту не предоставили. Лифт аваринный , стиль старый

posizionata in buona posizione a Sesto, offre il garage coperto interrato compreso nel prezzo (onesto) della camera

Cons:

struttura datata, vecchia mouquette ovunque (corridoi, scale e camera). Riscaldamento soffocante in camera - NON GESTIBILE DALLA CAMERA, nonostante l'assicurazione in portineria che sarebbe stato spento, la notte dopo stessa situazione. La camera ha mobili e rivestimento delle pareti in gran parte in legno che con il gran caldo scricchiola tutta notte. Colazione al minimo indispensabile, pochi dolci, poco salato, macchinetta per caffetteria. Acqua in camera a pagamento, no bollitore per bustine di caffè e/o the. Il letto matrimoniale composto da due singoli accoppiati con materassi di ALTEZZA NOTEVOLMENTE DIVERSA. Veramente un pò poco per un 4* .

Bed bugs found – 30+ bites – No response from management
Cons:

We booked 4 nights but checked out after the first night. We found bed bugs in our room (photos/video available). After that night, I developed over 30 visible bite reactions.

We reported it immediately at reception and left the next morning because we did not feel safe staying any longer. Since then, the hotel management has completely ignored all our emails for over 16 days.

In my view, it is highly unprofessional for management to remain silent and not communicate with guests after such a serious health and safety complaint.

Stay away until this property can demonstrate verified professional pest control and proper hygiene measures.

Чистый и уютный номер. Есть все, что необходимо для ночёвки.
Вкусный и разнообразный завтрак. Приятная атмосфера.

Cons:

Очень неудобные подушки! Жёсткие и твердые. Я не могла спать всю ночь.

Primerno za kratek postanek (do 3dni), v mirnem predelu Milana, blizu metroja M1 in avtoceste A4
Pros:

Garaža, možnost garažiranja avtomobila tudi pred Check-In, blizu postaje podzemne linije M1 - 5 minut hoje, odjava do 12:00 omogoča še hiter jutranji skok v center, voda v hladilniku

Cons:

Čistoča v sanitarijah bi lahko bila boljša, obrabljenost preprog, in opreme v hotelu nasploh, hotelski bar ne obratuje nonstop, stikala za razsvetljavo niso bila uporabna, v kopalnici samo senzorska luč brez možnosti izklopa

La posizione ottima e la colazione.

Cons:

Appena arrivato la camera era veramente troppo calda, i riscaldamenti vengono spenti dalla reception, ho chiamato subito ma nella camera c’è sempre stato troppo caldo. Le finestre non potevano aprirsi essendo all’ottavo piano quindi c’era la sensazione che mancasse l’aria
