For the price I’ve paid for the room this is really not reflecting what I paid for!!! Not good, I think that price I sho

The staff at the front desk were professional and polite .

Cons:

Poor hygiene in the rooms , toilet wasn’t cleaned, few supplies in the kitchen, poor equipment, dusty and hairs in the cabinets, freezer in a bad condition inside, carpet poor condition, spider webs in the bedroom, mold on the walls. Breakfast included but really not tasty and limited choice. We were 4 people and just had 1 small table with 2 chairs . The table had a burn stain on it.

Do not recommend, dirty and not well maintained. Breakfast horrible.

Cons:

Everything. Food was horrible, and no taste. Place was dirty - my tv would not stay on one channel or stay turned off. I think someone in another room had to have had controller synced. Tile wall in kitchen was taped together. My son was sneezing constantly- his allergies acted up because it was dusty and not clean. I do not recommend at all. It was disappointing.

Pros:

All of the staff was friendly. We’ve stayed here before and keep coming back. The hotel is always seasonally decorated. The breakfast is filling and has lots of options. Room was clean and comfortable. The game room is always fun to play in.
