Ca ni s-a restituit banii

Cons:

Am platit pentru o camera cu pat dublu si initial ni s-a dat o camera cu 2 paturi, apoi au vrut sa uneasca paturile sa fie gen"pat"dublu, intr-un final ne-au dat camera cu pat dublu, care numai dublu nu era 120 cm, nici macar 140...baia este atat de mica, incat trebuie sa stai pe lateral sa ai acces la wc
Cand am intrat in camera era foarte frig. Nu dispun de calorifere, ci intreaga camera+ baie se incalzea prin venctiloconvector, insa era programat de la receptie pe 24 grade si desi incercam sa dam temperatura mai mare nu reuseam. Am rugat sa modifice temp la 27 grade, cu gandul ca pana mergem sa mancam se va incalzi in camera, insa spre surprinderea noastra cand am coborat la restaurant ni s-a comunicat ca au un eveniment si nu ne pot servi...asa ca am ramas si inghetati si nemancati la un hotel de 4 stele, pentru care am achitat 600 lei.
Macar nu ne- au anuntat la receptie ca este un eveniment in hotel (atat de zgomot cat si ca nu putem servi masa)
