Island Suites is a very nice, small, cozy place.
Pros:

It’s very clean. The bed was so white, had nice sheets, and a bounty of pillows. I loved the kitchenette. Very handy! I felt safe traveling alone as a woman. It was quiet. The staff are nice. I was on the ground floor and they had a luggage cart which was helpful. It was convenient to tourist locations. Not far away were grocery stores, restaurants, a Starbucks, a Catholic Church, two Goodwills (I like to thrift shop. Next time I’ll look for other thrift and 2nd hand shops.), The tourism shop is in the little London village so there are tons of flyers for things to do.

Cons:

The door leading into the hotel from the pool is kept unlocked morning, noon, and night. The air conditioner could get noisy at night.
Maybe one more handicapped parking spot by the pool. I don’t know why but I thought it would be closer to the London Bridge. It was convenient but I wouldn’t walk there due to traffic and the 95.
I had driven quite a ways and I did arrive a bit early. I asked if I could sit somewhere and charge up my phone. Yes, in the dining area. I asked if I could use a restroom. No. I was told I could go to Starbucks. Which I did and I charged my phone but I bought an iced green tea so I wouldn’t be free loading. Too bad they don’t have a restroom for guests to use before they get their room key.

It was wonderful!
Pros:

The rooms are homey and comfortable and the bed is like sleeping on a dream! I sometimes have difficulty sleeping away from home but not here.
The breakfasts are great. Good variety and hot pancakes!

Cons:

Not a thing. I enjoyed my entire stay!

Pros:

It’s close to my families house

Cons:

The cooler is way to loud and we paid for three adults and the couch that’s supposed to be a bed is very very uncomfortable.. you can’t really put the sheets that they have for it on it…

Nice staff, breakfast is a joke but location is noce
Pros:

Location was in a nice location with several options around the location for meals. The front staff was nice and check in was a breeze. She did a great job at explaining the property and options.

Cons:

Hotel was really run down and dated. The "suite" has 2 rooms and the couch is probably 30 years old. It was uncomfortable and the cushions didn't cover the edge of the couch so while sitting on it, you have a wood bar digging into your legs. The room has a single, maybe 30" tv on a swivel which is fine but it just sets the bar pretty low and you understand that they are doing everything on the cheap.

Will stay here again if we make it back this way.
Pros:

Room was clean and comfortable. Our room was quiet (top floor) even though it was the beginning of spring break with lots of kids coming into town.

Island Suites is the perfect stay in Lake Havasu City!
Pros:

The Island Suites staff went out of their way to make our stay great! The rooms are very clean, comfortable and well-appointed. We really enjoyed the “suite” set-up! ;) The location is just up the street from the London Bridge, the surrounding attraction and the beautiful parks and paths. A grocery store is blocks away, as are multiple shopping and dining opportunities. As the weather was chilly, we couldn’t make use of the pool but did spend a relaxing evening in the hot tub. We would definitely stay here again if in the area!

Cons:

There was nothing we didn’t like.
