Good value and comfortable for a longer-term stay.
Pros:

Rooms were clean and adequately furnished. Good value. Kitchenette was nicely equipped.

Cons:

We heard lots of doors closing and a very rambunctious guest in the room above. The pool area was a but too industrial to be comfortable. To improve the pool area, perhaps add some potted trees or large plants in the corners, a privacy fence between the parking lot and pool area, as well as a couple tables with umbrellas.

Great place to stay. Polite and friendly people accommodating.
Pros:

Staff was super polite and helpful. Even offering to help me carry my media gear to and from my room. The coffee was great. I wish it was served a little more early than 0630 am, but that was ok I just looked forward to it is all. Room was clean and accommodating the couch was a bit worn in the middle. So I sat on one side or another. Overall amazing place to stay that is super easy to see the sites as a visitor in Lake Havasu. All the good restaurants are near there the parking is good even if you have a boat. It’s tricky but a smaller boat and truck could park there. The bed was good the air conditioning and heat were both nice. Bathroom accommodations were great the soap makes the shower a little slippery I noticed. But super clean and even had cooking utensils and actual dishes. Freezer, fridge, sink, all worked great. Quiet guests at least during my stay. There are no patios or outside entrance to the rooms. Walking distance to a few great restaurants, but I would recommend driving to them and other destinations. La Carcacha is close amazing tacos and Mexican food. And so is Dolce an amazing Italian restaurant with an amazing lobster bisque. Great place to stay and enjoy the weather and vies of Lake Havasu.

Cons:

In my case I wished I would have got there earlier because room choice is first come first serve. Which is fine, but when you request a lower room because of no elevator and three trips to the truck to unload equipment. Was a bummer for my stay making all the trips up the stairs and then having to park. It’s not a complaint it would have been nice to get the reservation I asked for is all when booking.

All around nice big room

Cons:

Not enough parking for trucks/trailer....not a large parking lot but do have long parking spaces for truck/trailers which smaller cars used. Therefore we had to park at Quality Inn across street..across 4 lanes of traffic. Island Suites does have a small sign on counter telling small vehicles not to park in the large spots. Lady at desk told us to park across street at Quality Inn. Very inconvenient and it was night-time.

Great Staff and Manager. Spotlessly clean and comfortable, great pool and location

Great location, absolutely spotlessly clean, Manager and all staff polite and helpful. The pool was excellent, great temperature. Beds really comfortable, breakfast choice ok, the coffee not so good. Plenty of safe well lit parking. This is our 2nd stay here and will definitely be back.
