Staff was very nice

Staying here was one of the best decisions I could’ve made.
The property looks completely renovated, with a very natural style that blends beautifully with the surroundings, yet it has all the comforts you need so you don’t feel like going anywhere else. It’s the kind of place you come to disconnect and enjoy an unforgettable romantic getaway.

The rooms are spacious, with very comfortable, high-quality beds and linens, everything clean and tastefully done.

The service from the staff deserves a special mention. Everyone was kind, attentive, and always one step ahead of what we needed. You could genuinely feel their commitment to making our stay as pleasant as possible.

The lagoon club became my favorite spot: stunning views, direct access to the water, and an atmosphere that makes you want to stay there all day with a cocktail in hand.

And the restaurant… it’s an experience on its own. Besides the food, which is on another level, they offer a pairing dinner where the chef explains each dish and the reasoning behind every element. It’s honestly one of the best gastronomic experiences I’ve had in all of Quintana Roo.

I would absolutely return to this hotel every chance I get. 😍

Lo malo es que la están remodelando

Hôtel en plein rénovation et nous n’étions pas prévenus. La chambre n’est pas du tout celle que j’avais réservé et aucune des installations n’étaient disponible à cause des travaux dans l’hôtel, l’hôtel est injoignable par téléphone ou mail et le service client de hôtel.com n’a pas pu me trouver une solution j’ai dû payer un autre hôtel pour 4 nuits et je n’ai aucune compensation, c’est absolument honteux j’espère être vite contacté par un responsable du site.

Pour accéder au plan d'eau, fallait traverser un chantier de construction, il n'y avait pas de coussin pour les chaises qui sont sur le quai pour pouvoir relaxer tout en admirant le plan d'eau.

El lugar está en construcción, creo que deberían ser honestos con eso y verán mientras tanto, fui con mi familia y los trabajadores de la construcción estaban drogandose, eso no es nada agradable para unas vacaciones, el personal fue muy amable, sin embargo no quita el hecho de esa situación

Lugar con buena ubicación, las habitaciones aunque muy pequeñas, tienen lo indispensable para pasar unos días de descanso. Lamentablemente me tocó ampliación del hotel, así que no es muy agradable por los ruidos ocasionados por las obras, sin embargo, una vez terminado, sin duda me gustaría regresar. Súper recomendado, el desayuno que incluye es vasto y delicioso, café súper rico y con refill. La mesera no dijo su nombre pero su servicio excepcional y atenta, gracias.

Ah, casi olvido comentarlo, una de las tres habitaciones que rentamos, no tuvo agua caliente. :(

The hotel is under construction which was not communicated. The first room given to us only had a bed. Not a side table, dresser, hooks, or chairs. The patio had no railing (we had a 5 and 7 year old with us). Additionally the ac did not work. We arrived very late. So we tolerated it. We were able to move the next day luckily as a family was leaving. But they didn’t have many options since the hotel is under serious construction. The second room had better functioning amenities and a secure patio area for kids to play. They did not have the kayak and paddle boards as mentioned or displayed.

The service was good though. The staff was very helpful and friendly! And they did their best to accommodate our family. Which was very helpful. There manger hector was great and the waiter Danny. I do know that they added furniture to the room we moved out of for future guest.

This place was terrible. There was no staff available. It was under construction. No services available to take a cab anywhere for lunch or dinner. one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed. It’s not properly represented. This is a fraudulent listing. It should be removed.

Al menos la habitación no tenía ni donde poder colgar la ropa, ni una mesa, nadaaaaa
Literal solo la cama, TV y un par de sillones

El personal se esforzó en todo momento, amables , atentos.

Las sillas de la laguna sin cojines, sin toallas
Literal lo básico

Pero el hotel está en construcción
Expedia deberá de tener cuidado en verificar qué tipo de inmuebles pone en su página

Me parece injusto
Por que al ser temporada alta pues no pude moverme del lugar ya que los demás estaban llenos

No haya gas , poca agua , está en reparación , trabajos de albañilería, le falta vida , no hay para comer y beber agua y botana mientras estás en la laguna. , le falta colchón a los camastros.

The hotel was under construction, but the worker's where mindful of the noise. The rooms where great, lots of space. The only thing missing was closet, iron and hair drier in the room, this was a inconvenience because we had to share the iron. Staff was super friendly and helpful with regards to sights and dining options.

El hotel está en remodelación y con nueva administración, las habitaciones limpias, con ventilador, aire acondicionado y televisión así como wifi, tiene un restaurante sencillo pero con ricos desayunos americanos, la atención de Daniel siempre fue muy buena así como de la administración, muy atentos, la vista y el acceso a la laguna son increíbles !!!

Excelente ubicación!!

Me gusto mucho la ubicacion, el muelle, la vista, la comida
No me gusto que durante nos dos dias de estancia hubo mucho ruido ya que estaban componiendo el muelle
Los cuartos estan bien pero les falta un mueble para poner la ropa, todo lo demas bien

La habitación estaba cómoda, ecxelente vista a la laguna y la limpieza impecable; el desayuno era muy básico y no incluía fruta o jugo

NO HACEN EL ASEO EN LOS CUARTOS, NO HAY SEGURIDAD, LAS SABANAS SON LAS MISMAS DE LOS HUESPEDES PASADOS, NO TIENEN TELEVISION, SILLAS NI MESAS DONDE SENTARSE, LOS CAMASTROS DEL MUELE TIENEN CHINCHES, LOS ESPACIOS EXTERIORES ESTAN SUMAMENTE SUCIOS, MI RECOMENDACION:
SAL HUYENDO DE ESE LUGAR, SE INUNDA TAMBIEN Y EN REPCECION NO HAY QUIEN RESUELVA NADA, SI SE VA LA LUZ POBRE DE TI HAY DEMACIADA VEGETACION Y SANCUDOS ADEMAS SE TERMINA EL AGUA PARA EL BAÑO, CUANDO DEJAMOS EL HOTEL NO HABIA NADIE EN RECEPCION, DEJAMOS LAS LLAVES BAJO LA PUERTA TAMBIEN RECOMIENDO NO UTILIZAR EXPEDIA NO DAN FACTURA Y TE DAN UNA HOJA CON LOS GASTOS DESGLOSADOS NO FISCALES

Definitivamente no se hospeden en este lugar, y si puede expedía excluirlo de las opciones recomendadas harían un gran trabajo, instalaciones descuidadas , sucias no cumplen lo que prometen, todo apesta a cañería, aléjense de ese hospedaje, arruinaría todo tu viaje definitivamente nunca había visto algo peor, había insectos por toda la habitación, mosquitos y como un tipo de hormigas y polillas y afuera había ranas, no nos dieron toallas, no nos dieron shampoo, promete tener televisor y es falso, el desayuno no quisimos ni probarlo de tan sucio que se veía el lugar, había sangre en el baño, y pelos en las paredes , las almohadas olían a rancio, los ventiladores tenían fácil dos años sin lavarse, definitivamente EL PEOR LUGAR PARA PASAR TUS VACACIONES

La habitación no es limpiada a profundidad, específicamente el baño. No hay mosquiteras para tanto mosquito por doquier y se fue la luz, por ende no hay bomba para el servicio de agua y tampoco internet (la señal móvil es pésima).
