Great stay. Would chose it again.
Pros:

This was our second stay at this property. We were upgraded to a suite for a nominal fee. The location of this hotel is excellent, the staff is very helpful, the suite was sizable and very comfortable, the amenities were very good. Would definitely choose it again. Great stay.

Cons:

Ascensore al piano terra e fila per potere salire al piano. Camera molto buia e piccola con affaccio in un cortile interno fatiscente. Costosissimo.

Pros:

Perfect location, Oscar, the receptionist, was exceptional at his job. Roof top bar was amazing, staff at the rooftop bar lacked Oscar's customer service skills.

Very upsetting and distasteful on account of one staff member.

Clean room, great location, nice breakfast.

Cons:

I am an 80 year old woman and was travelling alone. All went well at this hotel, nice room and breakfast, until I fell in my room hurting my knee badly on my second day. I had great difficulty walking and told reception that I had to go to a hospital. I was expecting a small amazon package. I had to walk very slowly in the pedestrian streets to a taxi. I returned from the hospital to find that, when delivery of my package was attempted, it was refused by the woman who appeared to be in charge of reception claiming that "they had rules" and could not accept packages. Considering my fall in their hotel, and knowing that I was in the hospital as a result thereof plus my incapacity walking, and that I would return to the hotel after my hospital visit, her not accepting my package was not just poor customer service, it showed a marked lack of humanity. The rest of the staff were very nice but she would make an excellent prison warden. I left that hotel ASAP but was not able to locate my package.
