htop Amatista - Bliss

11 nights at Amatista in Lloret was a good experience. Yes there were a few slightly negative points but overall I'd give 8/10.
Location was perfect, a short walk to the beach and shops etc. A good positive attitude from the staff gave a very good, chilled atmosphere. Rooms were ok, a little tired in places. I'd say the hotel was good value for money. Rooms and the other areas were kept very clean. We found the walls to be very thin so this caused us to have a few disturbed nights, a group of Dutch young lads returning back night after night in the early hours caused us to report this to reception on more than one occasion, the staff did manage to quieten them eventually.
The food was very good, having been to many resorts over the years, We'd say this was one of the best dining halls and food standard was very high. We didn't feel the need to eat out at all.
Bar area was very well managed, always plenty of staff, no big queues. Jose was top barman.

El hotel en general está bastante bien en cuanto a instalaciones, hemos estado a
Mediados de julio, es posible que en agosto la piscina se quede pequeña, ya que suele estar bastante concurrida.
La comida es variada y está buena, cama cómoda, personal amable y eficiente.

La verdad que estuvo todo genial, la ubicación, la Comida, la habitación, todo....el personal...y las chicas de la limpieza geniales, todo el día sin parar

El personal es muy amable, las instalaciones están muy bien , la cercanía a la playa .

1 éjszakát szálltunk meg szükségből, így nem volt nagy probléma semmivel.

Готель був чистий, все було гарно організовано, прибирання кімнат проводилось кожен день. Харчування було смачним в різноманітним.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super, aber das wussten wir schon vorher. Preis- / Leistungsverhältnis passt.
Das Essen war sehr gut, viel Auswahl, jedes Mal mittags Fleisch, Gemüse, Fisch und Meeresfrüchte wie Muscheln oder Garnelen frisch zubereitet, Salate, Pommes und Pizza immer genauso wie Pasta. große Nachtischauswahl von Eis, Joghurt, Törtchen, frisches Obst wie Banane, Nektarine, Melonen aufgeschnitten in Stücke.....
Frühstück top, Croissants, frisches Baguette, Brötchen und Toast, Müsli, Salat, oft Rührei oder Spiegelei, Bratwurst baked Beans, Baron, Churros, Aufschnitt super über Wurst und Käse, Camembert, Marmeladen und Nougatcreme.....uns hat nichts gefehlt, ganz im Gegenteil, die Erwartungen aus den Bewertungen wurden übertroffen.
Unser Zimmer war renoviert, neue Matratze auf dem Bett, es war alles da was man braucht.
Personal ist nett und freundlich, uns wurde immer schnell geholfen.

We had a wonderful stay at Htop Amatista in Lloret de Mar. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile. They truly made us feel at home from the moment we arrived.

A special thank you goes to the bar staff – they were absolutely the best! Not only were they professional and attentive, but they were also so much fun and always kept the atmosphere lively. Their positive energy and sense of humor made every evening even more enjoyable.

We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely love to come back. Thank you to the whole team for making our holiday so memorable!

Мені сподобалося все. Наступного року я би дуже хотіла повернутися саме туди. Недалеко від моря дуже гарні краєвиди. Є дитячий басейн. Діти цілий день гралися, а їм по 9 років. На сьомому поверсі є джакузі для дорослих. Пиво смачне, їжа смачна на будь-який смак. Прибирання в номерах кожного дня
