Veliki pad u nivou usluge od otvaranja hotela do sada

Koncept sobe.

Cons:

Na doručku požuruje goste. Točno u minutu na kraju doručka osoblje pali svjetla na maksimum kako bi se goti požurili da što prije odu…glasno se lupa posuđem, zadnjih pola sata se doručak ne nadopunjuje. Ne postoji u sali nitko tko upravlja osobljem, servisom, radnim procesima. Jednostavno ne uživate u boravku.Loše.Kreveta, stolova i stolica ima u svakom hotelu.Razliku čine ljudi, a ovdje se to “razvodnilo”. Nema fokusa na goste ni zadovoljstvo gostiju.Šteta.

Više puta smo bili vaši gosti što samo po sebi govori da ste u svemu besprijekorni.
Bravo!

Cons:

Prvi puta u pet godina smo platili parking, što nas je malo iznenadilo jer ste nam uvijek davali gratis parkiranje kao gostima hotela, pogotovo izvan sezone.

Pros:

Sve pohvale za ovaj hotel! Dobili smo besplatan upgrade sobe koja je bila čista, mirisna i s fenomenalnim večernjim pogledom. Doručak nas je također oduševio – ponuda je raznovrsna i sve je bilo jako ukusno. Suprug i ja smo proveli predivan odmor.
