ATENDIMENTO DAS PESSOAS
Pros:

Da localização, do espaço grande da acomodação mas, principalmente do atendimento, em especial do Fernando que atendeu com presteza nossas solicitações (mudança de quarto e extensão da reserva). Tb a Vivi nos atendeu com extrema gentileza.

Apesar dos inconvenientes, ainda é bom.

Limpeza, localização.

Cons:

Fiquei no apto 1008. O sistema de ar condicionado é ruim. Barulhento e os controles não funcionam como deveriam. Precisei solicitar a troca e o que recebi também não funcionou.

Overall nice stay, convenient for a short period of time
Pros:

The location was quite nice, walking distance to Avenida Paulista and Parque da Aclimação, the staff was really nice and kind, Orestes and Lucas allowed me to do early check-in, the breakfast was also nice and not very expensive. Good value for money overall.

Cons:

The room smelled a bit like tobacco. Some parts need rennovation, for example the towels weren't very white clean but I don´t think it´s because they weren´t cleaned but because they´re old
