Da localização e do café da manhã razoável para bom.

Cons:

Um dos dias que ficamos a água quente acabou, demorou até a noite para a caldeira voltar a esquentar e quando voltou, voltou com a água saindo de cor marrom. O café é feito em um espaço pequeno e sempre muito lotado. A academia no 11º andar tinha as pastilhas da parede caindo, na parecia muito seguro. Além disso, o quarto tinha cheio de mofo forte e o ar condicionado não era limpo por dentro a muito tempo (mas funciona lentamente). Pelas fotos e relatos eu esperava outra coisa.

Boa localização, estacionamento pago (com desconto para hóspedes) no subsolo. Bom café da manhã! A equipe nos atendeu de forma cordial e prestativa. Ficamos num quarto amplo. Nos sentimos seguros na região (Paraíso).

O ar-condicionado central é um pouco barulhento. O custo benefício poderia ser melhor.
