Convenient and good value
Pros:

Large room, convenient location, breakfast was solid. Large parking lot was easy to access and was secure. A/C worked well and the exercise room was very well equipped. Staff was very approachable and helpful. Pull-out bed was surprisingly comfortable.

Cons:

One of the two elevators was out-of-service during a busy weekend (Pitt Freshmen move-in) causing long waits for the elevator. The pool was closed until Noon daily. On one of the days our room was not adequately cleaned and restocked - not a deal-breaker, but noticeable. Could be a little loud at night since it is close to an area with nightlife.

Location, room was big for 5 people.

Cons:

Pool closed at 9pm. Seems a little early. Most places close at 10. Hard for late arrivals to enjoy the pool. Lobby air conditioner wasn’t working. Breakfast in the morning was very uncomfortable to sit in the heat. Pancake maker wasn’t working.

It served the purpose but won't return.
Pros:

The breakfast was much better than I expected. And the parking felt safe.

Cons:

No air-conditioning in the lobby. Was uncomfortably hot.
I wouldn't recommend walking around the area at night.
Elevators may have been the slowest I've ever been on

Decent hotel overall, but the breakfast experience was very disappointing.
Pros:

The hotel was clean, and the rooms and bathrooms were decent.

Cons:

Breakfast was disappointing. There was no AC in the breakfast area, so it was very hot and crowded. There was also not enough seating, my family and I couldn’t find a place to sit. The food options were very limited and mediocre at best.

Great hotel for the price.
Pros:

Location was excellent. Convenient parking.

Cons:

Parking total was added to bill at the end and wasn’t made aware you had to pay for parking.

$100 extra charge was added without informing it would be.
