Won’t book there again
Pros:

Not much. It was pretty clean and was okay for a couple nights definitely wouldn’t stay longer.

Cons:

Overall the facility could use better housekeeping. The pool that was indoor and heated was almost green but still open for swimming, part of the reason we booked there, didn’t use because it looked disgusting.

Pros:

Sheets were cool and nice. Breakfast was ok. Staff were ok.

Cons:

Outside seating was filthy. The indoor pool area which you see immediately upon entering lobby was green with filthy windows and doors around it. Only 1 ice machine in whole building. Asked for handicap when making reservation, but we were placed on 2nd floor as far from the elevator as they could put us. Plus non handicapped room. Made no effort to try and accommodate me or my husband, who has serious health problems. We will never stay at that particular Country Inn and Suites again.

Cons:

. O hotel é surreal. Cheira pessimamente mal, e não tem qualquer limpeza diária, os papeis e lixo acumula se pelos corredores, elevador, escadas dia após dia.
A piscina não é utilizável, a água está completamente verde e cheira mal.
O ginásio é um espaço minúsculo com 3 máquinas cheias de ferrugem que não funcionam. As toalhas sujas estão lá não sei à quantos meses.
Cheguei ao quarto e nao tinha ralo no lavatorio, não tinha papel e tinha comida utilizada no frigorifico, as grelhas de insuflação de ar e extração estão colmatadas de cotão, fui à receção dizer e apenas me deram papel para levar.
O cheiro dentro do hotel é horrível.
A cama tinha um colchão de molas muito velho onde é impossivel dormir, não só porque faz buraco como pelo barulho das milas toda a noite.
Em fim, senti me enganado, queria algo limpo e com ginásio para treinar e piscina para relaxar o que foi impossível. Acho lamentável estarem a anunciar este hotel como estão pois as fotos nada têm que ver com a realidade......senti me burlado.

Who Took The Trash Bags???
Pros:

Adding fruits like bananas or apples could be some options to the breakfast. The front desk was very polite she made checking in very pleasant. The location is excellent. The environment was very quiet.

Cons:

I did not like the fact that there weren't no trash bags in cans in the room. This is 2nd time I book rooms here and no trash bags. Asked the front desk if they provide trash bags? She gave me laundry bags to use that didn't fit. Then housekeeping came on my 2nd day to pull the trash and STILL DIDN'T REPLACE THE TRASH BAGS!! So they saw the what was being used as trash and yet no trash bags. I will not be paying $150+ for a hotel and they do not use trash bags in the rooms. Very disappointed 😞
