This is my second stay and found that both times has been enjoyable.

Cons:

I didn't like the staff member that did the continental breakfast. We were approximately 4 minutes early for the 7 am time. Two other sets of people has already been throw the breakfast area. The staff member was being very loud and disrespectfully about us being early. She must has been accompanied by her child, which was in a Stitch onies. This was NOT appropriate and I did let the desk clerk know.

Breakfast was basic. No attendant in the breakfast area. Coffee ran out and not replenished. Likewise the fresh fruit. No banana. Elevator was dirty. Entrance windows and pool area glass needed cleaning. Rust around the shower stall.

This was my second time staying at your location. My first visit greatly exceeded my second visit.
Pros:

The check in staff was quite friendly

Pros:

It was conveniently located for our son’s boot camp graduation. We had a one bedroom, 2 full beds, and pull out sofa. We also had a family member in the connecting room. It met our needs but could tell it was worn down and needs maintenance.

Cons:

The few issues we did have, breakfast was supposed to start at 6am. We came down at 6:10 with the expectation to eat quickly and get on base for the days events, however front desk indicated no staff were available for set up. Unsure if they arrived late or not at all for that day. However it affected our planned morning and caused us to buy breakfast elsewhere for 8people. We also had issues getting bedding for the pull out bed. Asked multiple times. 1st was told he would locate and bring it to room. 2nd, no bedding available, sorry, 3rd. After confronting and not accepting the no go figure it out response. They were able to locate one extra sheet, we had to make due with the other bedding in room
