Pros:

Lots of options for a complete breakfast! Loved the comfortable bed. Staff were very pleasant and accommodating . Front desk attendant, Jules, helped us thru a booking problem and we are very grateful!

The beds were great

Cons:

We had to call the front desk 4x to ask that the people above us be quiet. No one did anything. We called at 11,12am, 1:30 am and 2:30 am
It was reductions how loud the people were being so late.

Was ready to enjoy our stay but sucked to have to change rooms
Pros:

Friendly staff and hot delicious breakfast. We got checked in kinda late and didn't want to go back out so it was nice that they had a small grocery area to choose something to eat and drink that night.

Cons:

We had to change our room. Booked a king room and the toilet rocked and sink didn't drain and the microwave was loud and seemed like it was gonna explode on us when we used it. They changed us into a different room which was not a king but 2 queen beds.
