In the heart of the historic center, comfortable and clean
Pros:

The location is great and the room was spacious and clean. A lot of suggestions for tours. Parking if available is really close by but it is not always readily available.

Cons:

Do not book with breakfast, the basic breakfast included is just bread, jam and coffee but they bring you the menu for additional breakfast options, it is better to just explore the great breakfast options around the hotel. Only stairs meant it was a bit of work with a baby and pram every time. A noontime nap for our baby was impossible with the shop across blaring music over their loudspeaker but nights were calm and quiet with just a few loud motorcycles

le petit déjeuner : café de mauvaise qualité . du pain blanc (toasts) industriel alors que la ville regorge de Pannaderia avec des pains de toutes sortes.
Chambre sur la rue bruyante, on entend plus un bruit continu lié a priori à l’air conditionné. on a du aussi discuter sur le prix des œufs à ajouter… Dommage

Gran hotel pero no tan buena experiencia
Pros:

La ubicación es fantástica.
El personal es muy amable y siempre dispuestos a ayudar.
La limpieza estupenda. Ninguna queja.
El desayuno es bastante bueno y a precios razonables.

Cons:

El hotel está muy bien aunque el mantenimiento no es lo mejor
En las mañanas no había agua caliente y en varias ocasiones tuvimos que pedir que solucionaran el problema.
Las habitaciones que tienen balcón y están pegadas a la calle son una pesadilla pues justo enfrente al hotel se coloca un taquero que tiene muchos clientes pero se escucha como pican la carne y la cebolla hasta altas horas de la noche.

Disappointing stay

The Location

Cons:

Everything other than the location. Website was deceiving . We were given a very sad looking room with no windows.. On complaining , we were moved to another room which was slightly better . The bathrooms were below average . No coffee making facility in the room . We ordered continental breakfast . It consisted of fruit or juice , very diluted coffee from a coffee urn and slices of bread ! See photo. On one occassion they ran out of the coffee , and said it would take 15 mins for more coffee .As we were rushed to go on a trip, we asked for coffee from the coffee machine perculator , they said tbey would charge for that ! Staff of the front desk didnt not bother to say goodbye etc, on check out . Sadly not a great experience at this hotel.

Book for the location
Pros:

Great location.
Book this place if you can tolerate a lot of noise, and kinda run down room. The location is perfect for touring.

Cons:

Water pressure low and one night no hot water. Terrible coffee at their restaurant but lots of good options locally.
Very noisy.

Pros:

Staff were wonderful! The hotel was very clean and nicely decorated. Hotel is very close to the zocalo - with a short walk to any shops, restaurants and concerts.

Cons:

it would be good to have a large water dispenser available at all times. The rooms on the street, where it was quite noisy, had to have the balcony doors closed all day. It might be good to warn guests of that.

Si es muy recomendable, bien ubicado, lindo y todos super amables.
Pros:

La ubicacion privilegiada, el desayuno continental muy bueno, la fruta fresca y sabrosa.
la habitacion muy linda, solo que no funcionaban la mitad de las lamparas, lo reporte y al dia siguiente, pusieron unas lamparas que en realidad no funcionaban, solo como velas, dos nches antes de salir, sin pedirselos, cambiaron las lamparas y pusieron unos focos hermosos y ahora si pude disfrutar la habitacion.

Cons:

La muy muy poca luz de mi recamara, por 3/4 prtes de mi estancia, me sentia con luz de velas.

Fue una buena estancia.
Pros:

El desayuno básico, pero muy bueno, como recomendación hay que incluir café descafeinado.

Cons:

Las camas son un poco duras, no hay teléfono en la habitación, y mucho ruido, ya sea por la calle o por otros huéspedes.
