Very overpriced, not worth the money.
Pros:

To be fair, the property is OK, but it is one of the most overpriced stay I've ever had.
The location is in the heart, but everything else is much less than stellar.

Cons:

The room has no windows, the breakfast is of poor quality (nothing but toast and coffee), the pressure of the shower is quite low. Still, it is very expensive.

スタッフが親切。場所が便利。

Cons:

部屋の鍵の開け方が最後までよくわかりませんでした。シャワーのお湯が熱湯か水かどちらかしか出ません。部屋が狭かった。朝食が高いです。周りにコンビニがありません。

Great place in Oaxaca
Pros:

Room was lovely, super big and comfortable bed. Staff were very helpful. Location was soo good! Right in the centre of everything

Cons:

The cleaners knocked on our door at 7:30-8:00am waking us up but that was only once

It is ok for a couple of nights stay
Pros:

Location was really good right next to the zocalo.

Cons:

The hotel did not meet my expectations, really uncomfortable room/ bed, quite noisy during night time, not very clean.

In the heart of the historic center, comfortable and clean
Pros:

The location is great and the room was spacious and clean. A lot of suggestions for tours. Parking if available is really close by but it is not always readily available.

Cons:

Do not book with breakfast, the basic breakfast included is just bread, jam and coffee but they bring you the menu for additional breakfast options, it is better to just explore the great breakfast options around the hotel. Only stairs meant it was a bit of work with a baby and pram every time. A noontime nap for our baby was impossible with the shop across blaring music over their loudspeaker but nights were calm and quiet with just a few loud motorcycles

le petit déjeuner : café de mauvaise qualité . du pain blanc (toasts) industriel alors que la ville regorge de Pannaderia avec des pains de toutes sortes.
Chambre sur la rue bruyante, on entend plus un bruit continu lié a priori à l’air conditionné. on a du aussi discuter sur le prix des œufs à ajouter… Dommage

Gran hotel pero no tan buena experiencia

La ubicación es fantástica.
El personal es muy amable y siempre dispuestos a ayudar.
La limpieza estupenda. Ninguna queja.
El desayuno es bastante bueno y a precios razonables.

Cons:

El hotel está muy bien aunque el mantenimiento no es lo mejor
En las mañanas no había agua caliente y en varias ocasiones tuvimos que pedir que solucionaran el problema.
Las habitaciones que tienen balcón y están pegadas a la calle son una pesadilla pues justo enfrente al hotel se coloca un taquero que tiene muchos clientes pero se escucha como pican la carne y la cebolla hasta altas horas de la noche.

Disappointing stay

The Location

Cons:

Everything other than the location. Website was deceiving . We were given a very sad looking room with no windows.. On complaining , we were moved to another room which was slightly better . The bathrooms were below average . No coffee making facility in the room . We ordered continental breakfast . It consisted of fruit or juice , very diluted coffee from a coffee urn and slices of bread ! See photo. On one occassion they ran out of the coffee , and said it would take 15 mins for more coffee .As we were rushed to go on a trip, we asked for coffee from the coffee machine perculator , they said tbey would charge for that ! Staff of the front desk didnt not bother to say goodbye etc, on check out . Sadly not a great experience at this hotel.

Book for the location
Pros:

Great location.
Book this place if you can tolerate a lot of noise, and kinda run down room. The location is perfect for touring.

Cons:

Water pressure low and one night no hot water. Terrible coffee at their restaurant but lots of good options locally.
Very noisy.
