The Spa......Staff swapped my room out because the first room was having an issue with the spa. The manager on duty was awesome. I sadly cant remember her name at the moment. But she was totally awesome!

I like it, always clean and comfy. Some of the showers need a little attention bc the faucets are old but always clean.
I feel like breakfast was lacking this time. Coffee wasn’t working at either machine, and there were less choices of food. No butter for the biscuits to be found anywhere.

Staff were non existent- the first member of staff to check me in was on a call on speaker phone the whole time, didn’t ask me for any ID, and just handed me my key with no other info about breakfast, elevators (all the usual stuff). The “shop” was empty except for a few tubs of ice cream, so I had to ask at reception for water (which I was given). Then at check out there was nobody at the desk, and no bell. I have emailed for a copy of my receipt, still no response.

Shuttle zum Airport, Gratisfrühstück, fantastisches Bett.
Zimmer im Erdgeschoss direkt auf Gesteigniveau. Fenster kann man nicht öffnen. Shuttle fährt nur 1x pro Stunde, aber immerhin. Trotzdem superpraktisch.

This is a peaceful place, it’s quiet, clean, We felt like at home and the host were always attentive to their guests, It was a save and charming place. Everything comfortable. Love This Beauty house in Gulfport MS, close to everything 😍

The support that Lou offered when I stopped by to drop off my bag early was greatly appreciated. Also the early morning crew were very efficient and helpful at 4AM in the morning. So grateful to them, and so different from what I experienced with the night crew. The room was very simplistic with some wear and tear. The breakfast to-go was a good way to start a very day.
The evening staff and driving team at night led to a series of communication mishaps that left me at the airport waiting for an hour, and talking with someone at IHG Customer Service who was of no help, and eventually hung up on me without providing any support. Also, after a very long day, it was frustrating to call downstairs to ask for something, only to be told I had to go down stairs to get the item. In addition, I asked for a breakfast bag, and was told I would have to ask in the morning. When I asked in the morning, the staff member said no one from the night staff told her to make any breakfast bags. I appreciated that she still prepared me a bag so early in the morning. When her colleague could have simply let her know in advance.
Lastly, there were a number of indicators that the room is older and in need of maintenance. The bathtub could use a thorough cleaning, along with some basic room repairs.

The manager started off completely rude. She let me know there was a line to get a room and she was going in order of arrival and NOT by order of the system. I had listed that we would be there right at check in. My mom is disabled and I needed to get her into the room quickly and settled as travel is very hard on her. We only got checked in 30 minutes late because I got on the phone with corporate which pushed her to go check. She then tried to put me in a hearing accessible room.... my mom is in a wheelchair.... she finally found a room that wasn't the room i booked but had 2 beds and was Ada accessible. We get to the room and realize that the tub has one single bar that was too high to be useful in any way so my mom wasn't able to take a shower. The bed was supposed to be lower.... it was not and it was very difficult to get my mom into it. Once we finally settled we realized that the TV wasn't working. We called the front desk and they sent someone. She told us it needed a different remote and she had to go find it.... an hour later I had to go searching for her. She was up front running a vacuum and just said she couldn't find it.... a maintenance man just happened to walk by and was able to find it and come back to the room. Turns out that wasn't the issue at all it was plugged in wrong. He fixed it and we were FINALLY able to relax. The next morning I woke up practically choking because the room was so freaking humid. I started getting all our stuff out to the car immediately because we couldn't breathe. Breakfast was disgusting. The only edible things were the muffin and the cinnamon roll.
The front desk agent Christina was very nice and helpful. She made the check in process simple and easy. She also made sure that I had all the information that i needed for a great night out on the town.
