Location was convenient with supermarkets downstairs. Spacious room.

Cons:

Swimming pool was quite dangerous. The edges of the steps leading down to the pool are very sharp and the tiles are very slippery. My sister rolled over and bumped her head at the edge of the pool. There was only a small sign on the floor that the tiles are slippery. Hotel may want to consider changing the tiles or finding another solution.

在这里找到了回家一样的舒适。
Pros:

人文环境友好，我寻求帮助总能得到及时的回应和解决。每次和工作人员碰面，都会友好微笑低打招呼，而且能感受到真心的善意，不是职业化的笑容，这个让我感觉非常好。在泳池游泳，天开始下雨了，工作人员还能主动给我们送伞，非常贴心。这让第一次到新加坡旅行的我们一家，都非常地舒心，有种回家的感觉。
酒店的硬件条件也很不错，有洗衣机和烘干机，和晾晒的衣架和室外阳台晾衣处，非常方便。
冰箱很实用，让我们在20-30度的冬天，感受到了冰凉的舒爽。
工作区很方便，还提供了不需要转换插头的插座，办公很方便。

Cons:

主卧里面的厕所和洗手间的地漏，酒店已经用胶带封上，但是还是会有味道，这个是美中不足的地方。但是我们旅游每天回来的时候，都很晚，倒床上就睡着了，所以没给我们带来太大的问题。另外，淋浴间的水温和水量都非常好，热得快，出水量巨大。

If I could give it 7 stars I would!
Pros:

Raihan made sure our stay was tip top from the moment we arrived till check out. We arrived early morning after a 13-hour flight with two little ones. She very kindly offered us complimentary breakfast while we waited and also an unexpected room upgrade. During our stay everything was perfect with very responsive and friendly staff. Highly recommend it over a hotel for families. fantastic area and location near local food options and Great world city mall and train station.

A great find in a very good area
