Reasonable breakfast selection, decent size apartment to travel with family and a young child.
The property is really old and needs decent maintenance. Aircon is too old and couldn't regulate temperature (making my child sick). The hot water system broke and couldn't be fixed in time. Housekeeping only completed some tasks (e.g. we had to ask for dishwasher tablets, coffee pods over the phone).
Quiet and good location nearby to all attractions and transportation.
DEfinitely we would go back to this property.
Suitable for relaxation, though it is somewhat far from the main tourist attractions. The overall stay experience was very positive, with comfortable rooms, a pleasant environment, and a calm atmosphere that makes it ideal for unwinding. However, the hotel is relatively remote and not close to public transport, which may make commuting less convenient. As such, it is better suited for a relaxing holiday rather than for travelers who plan to frequently visit city attractions or rely on public transportation. The hotel also prepared a handwritten card and snacks, which added a thoughtful and personal touch, further enhancing the overall experience.
First of all thank you Raihan for being so accommodating when we arrived early without notice! Having the apartment ready, rather than spending a day out with two small kids after long flight, really made a difference to us.
I really recommend this place for families with kids. We stayed at Fraser Suites for 3 weeks in Feb 2026.
- Staff is really friendly and understanding. Our little one caught rsv and we had to borrow vacuum cleaner a lot to suck out his discharge, which never was an issue
- A few restaurants and good quality grocery stores downstairs, with plenty of high chairs
- Good size of the apartment, you can have two separate bedrooms & a living room, we didn’t hear our neighbors at all
- There is both a laundry machine and a dryer
- Other people with kids, pets etc around and we felt welcome
- Two swimming pools, one for toddlers. Small playground next to it and one other nearby. And play room inside the facility helps if the weather is rainy
- Bus stop right outside if we didn’t want to go everywhere with a car
- Plus they had a small decoration-making event for children for Chinese new year that our older enjoyed
Most importantly for me - nothing to complain about. So convenient.
Clean
Staff are not very aware of surroundings
We stayed for 2 weeks in the Fraser Suite. The facilities are great for family travelling with kids. There are supermarkets located downstairs, which makes it very convenient if you need to do groceries run. If you don’t feel like cooking, Zion Hawker Centre is just 10 min walk away, and the food there is very reasonably priced, and tastes pretty good. Cafe across the streets also serve good coffee and food. Transportation-wise, there are bus lines available by the doorstep to take you to the city. The only downside is you have to walk a fair bit to get to the MRT station.

Convenient Lication
This is our 3rd stay at a Fraser establishment in Singapore and our second at the suits. The location is great with the groceries and a few restaurants below and we love the space the apartment offers me the pool and play room.
We felt like the breakfast this time was a little lack lustre. What was offered was fine and the staff were great but there was not that much variety so it doesn’t really stack up to other breakfast inclusions in hotels. Still appreciated it for the connivence though.
