Room had spider on bed , sheets have holes like roaches are biting in them !!! Some rooms smell like cigarettes , had to change room !!! Hotel rooms are old and smell
Great location, close to shopping areas and many restaurants. Our room was spacious, comfy bed, clean bathroom. My one fault was that there were crumbs on the carpet from previous guest. Other than that we were very comfortable.

Extraordinary hotel
The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff was respectful and accommodating. The only complaint is that the mechanical sounds of the elevators could be heard all night and early morning from our room and there were multiple rooms between us and the elevator.
The hotel is modern and very conveniently located. The staff is outstanding - they really go out of their way to be welcoming and helpful.
