We were offered a free upgrade to a spacious 2BHK, which was a great start. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped with almost everything we needed. The TV had plenty of channels to choose from, and housekeeping was regular and efficient. The balcony had a lovely view, and there was ample storage space. Food delivery was allowed right to the room, which was very convenient. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful throughout our stay. The location is central—close to most tourist spots, making it easy to get around. We also really enjoyed the pool; it was clean and well-maintained. Overall, a very comfortable and well-managed property.
The breakfast spread could use improvement—it was quite limited and became repetitive during our 6-night stay. Also, the restrooms lacked hand faucets, which was a bit inconvenient.
The room was spacious enough for the six of us. It had plenty of natural light, and every room was equipped with air conditioning. The facilities were also well-equipped. The location is about a 5-minute walk to the nearest bus stop, and just a few more steps will get you to Fort Canning Park and the MRT station. There are many restaurants nearby, and UE Square is just across the street, where you can find more dining options, a 7-Eleven, and Cold Storage, making it very convenient. It's also very close to Robertson Quay, and there's a small tunnel that leads to Clarke Quay as well. Overall, it was a great stay.
We noticed some ants in the room. Food like donuts, bread, or snacks would attract them easily, even when placed in boxes. Some ants seemed to come from outside, while others were already in the room. We recommend keeping all food in sealed bags or containers to avoid this issue.
