Place needs organization. Toilet paper and towels should be in rooms without having to ask for them.

Cons:

Long line to check in. Clerk checking in was attending to too many people at once. Even though there was a line people were rude to walk up to get their questions / need responded to. This rude people should stand in line like others. There was no more rooms available and many people standing in line were asking for availability . The front clerk could have put a sign stating no vacancy to reduce the waiting line.
