We loved the locale, but we didn’t have long enough to enjoy the nearby boats and bikes, etc. we would come back to you

Coziness of property and amazingness of employees. Video selection for the rooms was fun.

Cons:

The pool was a bit small and we felt that breakfast lacked a bit of quality.

Not horrible but won't stay again
Pros:

Great location to most things we wanted to do while in town

Cons:

Poor service when asked to have the room cleaned. Breakfast was crummy. TV/internet didn't work the entire five days we stayed. Very loud, sounded like we were in the bathroom with the room next door when they took a shower.

Pros:

Bed and warm chocolate chip cookies

Cons:

Poor water pressure , soaps wouldnt come out in shower, couldn't watch anything, not much of a continental breakfast, miscommunication within staff.

We slept so well. Not sure if we would return to the same hotel.
Pros:

The king size bed was extremely comfortable as was the pillows and bedding. Easy to control the temperature of the room.

Cons:

Children running up and down the hallways during the day and night. Room was dated. The breakfast was just OK and basic.

Perfect location for the activities we planned to enjoy - walking distance to the beach, aquarium, arcade, etc. Indoor heated pool, games, etc.

Cons:

No streaming services/smart TV. It’s fine just something I didn’t know would have been useful for me. This is a *very* nitpicky comment- it really wasn’t a big deal.

OK but could be better!
Pros:

Location to the beach and stores; came with decent breakfast.

Cons:

Upon check in shower curtain was torn, pull out bed was very dirty and floor was dirty.

When asked to clean our room after two days, floor was still dirty and used towels were left in the corner of the bathroom.
