Pros:

We stayed in room 117. I liked how close we were to the fireplace and the breakfast room. The taffy and cookies were nice. Breakfast was decent. The guy at the night desk was so nice, helpful and friendly, he made our experience more enjoyable. My family loved the great movie selection.

Cons:

The dvd player in our room wouldn't work properly. We told the nice guy at the front desk and he came to take a look, called over a maintenance guy I believe and It took him a long time. 3 or 4 dvd players later after we were told each time it should work.The pool is so small, I feel like reservations would help especially for families.The coffee maker was dirty and the room would have benefited from a quick spot clear as there were a handful of highly touched surfaces that were dirty. The birthday package could not be substituted out for sugar free options.

Pros:

Christopher at check in had good energy, was kind and patient. Cookies were warm. Room was clean. Water was hot. Beds and pillows were comfy.

Cons:

No blackout curtains. Made it bit harder for everyone to fall asleep. Bathroom was a bit cramped.

Amazing little getaway
Pros:

Loved the incredible and friendly staff, the breakfast, the beds in the room (very comfy!). The extras are SO thoughtful, like cookies at night, salt water toffee during the day, the pool, fire pit at night, coffee and lemon water available all day, games and movies to borrow during your stay. It really is an excellent place to stay. Two blocks from the ocean 😍.

Cons:

Our room didnt seem to have a way to change the heat level. The wall thermostat didn't seem to be responding to our touch. It was just a tad extra warm the second night. Nothing we couldn't deal with.

Overall, this made for a pleasant stay for the conference I attended
Pros:

Very pleasant room

Cons:

The breakfast items aren't something I can eat as a diabetic. The fruit was good and the ice water, but the eggs were fairly old. There also was no sugar free option of yogurt. Couldn't eat anytime else.
