Great stay. For a picky ass.
Pros:

I thought the ammendities were well thought out. Shampoo, soaps, cups, stuff like that. The staff was super friendly and fast at what they do.

Cons:

The ice from the ice machine tasted a little funky. The room could have been vacuumed a little better. These are very nit picky but you asked. Overall it was a great stay.

The property was a great central location especially since we had an event that was located right across the street at the convention center! But it’s perfect walking distance to seasides downtown.

It was right across from the convention center.

Cons:

When my daughter went to take a shower, there was blood on the shower curtain and we had to request a new shower curtain. We also had a late check out and when we arrived at our room at 1157 am, our keys were deactivated and we had to go and get them reactivate again.

We had a wonderful time. We made s’mores and the staff were very accommodating

The place was clean.

Cons:

Room was small, fridge was tiny and on the floor, could hardly get to it. Kids were running around and crazy day and night. The breakfast was a diabetics nightmare. Barely any protein (boiled eggs, some yogurt full of sugar) I couldn't eat much at all for breakfast!
