Air conditioning unit was leaking water. Staff brought extra towels to put on the floor under it.

It was comfortable for a beach stay and close to all of the seaside attractions.
Pros:

The staff were incredibly helpful and prompt with concerns. We got the three queen beds for room, the rooms and main space were comfortable. The room we had was just down the street from beach access and the aquarium.

Cons:

The bathtub was a little spongy when standing on it and the bathroom is a little bit too small of a space for small kids.

Pros:

Walking distance to the beach, Broadway St. Loved that we saved about $250 on breakfast. And they accommodated our 4 Doxies. And my mom and niece enjoyed the free bike rentals
