非常棒
Pros:

位置非常棒，离火车站很近，同时去圣母百花大教堂和乌菲兹美术馆也非常近，都是步行10min以内的距离。员工态度非常热情，无论是前台的工作人员还是早餐的工作人员，态度都很好。

Excremento ubicación, cerca de todos los lugares para visitar. La excelente atención del personal de recepción. El desayuno muy bueno y hay que destacar la buena atención y personalizada con cada huésped de Mía y de Ivy.

Pros:

The hotel is very central, the staff was super helpful and we were able to do the check in after 3 am. The room and bathroom were big and very clean.the breakfast was really good. We were able to leave our backpacks after check out for the rest of the day without being charged extra

Cons:

We could hear some noise from the street.

Pros:

Absolutely nothing. Didn’t get to experience it because they sent us away saying they had technical difficulties with our room whatever that means. Lady at the front desk was rude!

Everything. To arrive at the location at 19:30 after a long day of traveling to find out you have no where to sleep because they had ‘technical
Difficulties’ with your room is in heard of. Not ti mention the extremely rude Asian lady at the front desk.

Muy buena elección
Pros:

La ubicación es genial, está a minutos de lo más representativo. Tiene restaurantes y supermercados muy cerca. Todo está nuevo y es moderno. Hay mini bar. En el baño secador de pelo, zapatillas y kit beauty. Es de dimensiines reducidas pero muy bien aprovechadas. El drsayuno está muy bueno y bastante completo. Te sirven el café en mesa.

Cons:

La habitación no me la limoiarin porque vinieron a las 15:15h cuando habíamos subido un rato a descansar. No creo q sean horas de hacer las habitaciones deberian hacerlas antes de comer.p

Hotel nel cuore di Firenze
Pros:

L' hotel è in un' ottima posizione, vicino alla stazione e nel cuore di Firenze. La struttura è nuova, gli spazi sono accoglienti e funzionali, tutto lo staff con cui abbiamo avuto a che fare è stato estremamente cordiale. La nostra camera era spaziosa e dotata di tutto ciò che può servire per il soggiorno. La colazione è superlativa: oltre alla gentilezza dello staff, la qualità dei prodotti è ottima, con una buona scelta di prodotti per chi segue una dieta vegana.

Cons:

Dalla porta della nostra camera filtrava la luce del corridoio in maniera estremamente fastidiosa.

Great location, great staff
Pros:

Great location. Not far from the station. Mercato Centrale at the end of the street. The Staff were amazing from the moment we arrived! Very helpful and friendly. The breakfast staff Mia and Ivy were great, breakfast had a good assortment with fresh fruit, delicious pastries and good coffee.
The rooms were clean, the beds were really comfortable and kids loved the Disco lights is in the shower.
When we checked out we received a beautiful little bookmark created by Kristel to remember our stay which was lovely.
Would stay here again.

Una piacevole scoperta
Pros:

Un breve soggiorno di tre giorni in occasione della mia Laurea, non avrei potuto chiedere di meglio!! La struttura è pulita e accogliente. Lo staff senza parole per la gentilezza!!! Mi hanno addirittura portato in camera un vassoio con i calici per brindare quando mi hanno visto tornare in hotel dopo la laurea…. La colazione è stata superlativa, tutto buonissimo !!
Ha superato le nostre aspettative !!!
