Perfect Choice!
Pros:

We loved everything! The hotel staff were all so friendly and kind. The location was ideal, just steps from the Mercato Centrale, where the second floor food hall is a draw, close to the main square of Florence, and a short walk from the train station. We visited with our three grandchildren (2, 8, and 14), and the room worked quite well with two large beds and a crib.

Cons:

Not a thing. Would recommend highly and stay again in a heartbeat!

Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage mitten in der Altstadt von Florenz. Das Zimmer war für zwei Personen groß genug und sehr sauber. Frühstück war gut, nur frische Brötchen und vieeleicht ein Frühstücksei fehlen. Das Personal ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Man fühlt sich in diesem Haus einfach wohl.

A perfect stay
Pros:

The hotel was really outstanding, very clean, comfortable rooms, a good location in the city close to all attractions and the rail station and last but not least a very friendly and helpful staff which was willing to go the extra mile for the guests

Excellent location and very clean. Room size was too small and the breakfast can be improved.
