The hotel was a short walk from the central station and also incredibly well located to walk to all local tourist attractions (from Uffizi and the Duomo, to the Giardino dell’Iris). The hotel staff were also fantastic, making my stay warm and welcoming. Overall, the property was clean, comfortable and well maintained. A great find!

Highly recommended. Our family room (3 people) provided sufficient space during a 10-day stay in Florence. Two double beds, plus an extended desk/counter for all of our things. The bathroom was spacious and had shelves under the sink to store toiletries. All of it modern in an old building.Staff was professional, friendly and provided excellent restaurant tips. The hotel was kept very clean, and served an ample breakfast buffet - sweet and savory. A very busy 10 minute walk from the main train station, but also within walking distance to most major sites. Would stay again.

Fantastic location, very friendly and helpful staff. The room was on the small size but that didn't bother me. Air-conditioning working well. Good breakfast.

La localisation et l’excellent service de Rita

Perfect stay! The hotel staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and accommodating. They were always happy to help, with a smile and a great attitude. Felt super comfortable, especially as I was traveling on my own.
The location was excellent, not far from Firenze Santa Maria Novella Station, which made it very convenient to access trains and other transportation.

The room was clean, cozy, and very spacious for one person / a couple. The shower was large and had excellent water pressure.
I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Florence! :)

Ottima posizione, vicina a tutti i punti di interesse della città e a brevissima distanza dalla stazione di S. Maria Novella. La camera tripla in cui abbiamo alloggiato ha il letto singolo in uno spazio separato che è davvero una chicca. Pulizia eccellente della camera e degli spazi comuni, ottima prima colazione con prodotti di qualità, personale gentile e disponibile.

Really great hotel. The service was excellent from the staff and the accommodations were also excellent. The only issue we had was noise from the street. If you are a light sleeper, make sure to get a room that isn’t facing the street. Those of us that are heavy sleepers didn’t have any problems but as a light sleeper it was difficult to go to sleep until they closed down the restaurants around for the night

Everything was perfect: starting with the warm welcome of the lady at the reception, then the comfortable and extremely clean room (small, but having inside all you need), then the location (at the heart of the old town but no noise from the outside), good breakfast at the hotel, many good restaurants and shops around, ending with the friendly attitude and great help we received from the lady at the reception. The hotel is a bit expensive (like maybe all others in the old part of Florence), but definitely deserves the spent money. Highly recommend.

Location was perfect, walking distance to most of places.

The staff was excellent - from the welcoming front desk staff to housekeeping and to the staff running the breakfast. Every single one was so helpful and kind.
