As pessoas são sempre o melhor
Pros:

Eu fui atendida à noite, já tarde, em um dia de temporal e, a despeito de tudo isso, fui recebida com muita gentileza e seriedade pelo atendente da recepção (Marcos era o seu nome). Ele chegou inclusive a interfonar, instantes após eu entrar no apartamento, para verificar se estava tudo bem com minhas instalações.

Cons:

Eu não como produtos de origem animal, e não havia leite vegetal, bolo ou pão sem ovo ou qualquer opção que não fosse mamão. É frustrante ver tantas opções para outros clientes e nanhuma para pessoas alérgicas ou veganas ou com limitações de saúde.

Boa opção de hospedagem em Vitória
Pros:

O hotel no geral tem boas instalações, a equipe foi simpática e o quarto em que ficamos no 2º andar estava com mobiliário renovado. A orla em frente é bem estruturada, mas a praia não é muito própria para banho.

Cons:

O quarto em que ficamos tinha vista para o mar, porém era virado para uma avenida super movimentada, com barulho constante de carros. O hotel poderia investir num melhor isolamento acústico das acomodações.
Sugiro melhorar a qualidade dos pães do café da manhã, os mini pães francês e os pães de forma são muito secos.

Bell'albergo con personale gentile.
