Pros:

La habitación estuvo muy cómoda, suficientemente espaciosa y con buena luz.

Cons:

1-Que tienen una logística para servir el desayuno tipo circuito, no hay aviso de eso y cuando la gente entra por la salida que es lo primero que uno se encuentra, el personal llama la atención. El tono o la forma de hacerlo no es agradable. Aún que nosotros no tuvimos problemas, era incómodo el ambiente. Y en general, el personal no fue muy agradable.

2-Por estar cerca un hospital, se escuchan muchas sirenas de ambulancias durante la noche.

3-No sabemos que tan seguro sea la zona, la puerta principal la cierran a las 9pm. Y la parte de atrás del hotel no se ve muy bien.

Pros:

I liked the friendliness of the staff. We had an initial issue with where our room was at and they procided a new room immediately. They were very accommodating and checked to make sure our stay was good during the time we were there. Breakfast was great and we liked the fact they had turkey sausage as an option. The breakfast staff was very accommodating and pleasant too.

Pros:

I didn’t stay there because during check in I was told the pool would be out of service my whole stay and that wouldn’t have worked with my kids

Cons:

Asked for a discount because the pool was out of order and didn’t get so I didn’t stay

Cons:

Pool closed at 9pm. I usually see 10pm. My function wasn't over til 830 pm. A waste as I also booked another hotel originally but thier pool was. Closed . Didn't like one Staff who walked all the way to the back to close pool and it was just 2 people in pool . Front desk was busy . It wasn't like I would be there long and I couldn't find PARKING this time of night came Tru back door took off my Gown in bathroom to beirs Closed. . I was better at the other hotel I canceled to take thi one with Pool. Disappointed 😞
