Good place but needs to be updated a little bit.
Pros:

The location was great. The view was great.

Cons:

The lamp in the room was broken. The heater sounded bad like an old car that would maid stop running at any time.

Dirty and filthy entrance into the room. The bathroom was filthy. I had some tub scrub cleaner and I scrubbed the tub. There were cockroaches on the tub and the sink. Pretty discussting. I won't be staying here again.

I just left the Ramada and i already booked another trip with them in the next two weeks.
Pros:

I loved the staff who worked there. Everyone was kind and understanding. We had an incident where we misplaced our wallet and an employee named Anna helped us try to find it and the length she went to help was greatly appreciated. As always the ocean view was breathtaking and for the price I paid was extremely worth staying at the Ramada.

Bed comfort was ok

Cons:

DIRTY! Blood stain on mattress. Constant smell of marijuana in the hallway and on the balcony. No towels in the room on the first night. Freezer almost not usable from frost build up. While setting in the balcony all you can hear is CONSTANT Mexican music from the restaurant down stars, you are not able to enjoy the sound of the ocean! The worst hotel experience of my life

Not much, considering me and my children were made to leave our at (8:30pm on June 9th 2025) trip days early and have not heard a single word from the hotel or booking for my refund, they both say there waiting on the other person. The so called front desk manager and manger of the facility on duty were arguementative from the very beginning and lied all cause they marked the parking lot wrong due to a “bus” that was supposedly arriving at 8:30pm which didn’t arrive until 9:30pm and other vehicles were still parked in the same location.. management snickered and laughed as my family had to pack up and leave from the property.. wouldn’t recommend to anybody or any animal!!
