Low expectations
Pros:

The location was the only good thing about this hotel.

Cons:

There was no parking available on site. No breakfast even though it was advertised as "breakfast included" and the front desk staff looked at me like I was crazy when I was waiting to check in while they smoked directly outside of the lobby. My room door frame was busted as though someone had broken in, and I needed assistance to even get the door to open. I checked out a day early and wasn't even properly checked out until the following day.

The view and location were awesome.

Cons:

It was old and worn. I can't believe it hasn't been renovated. I could barely stay there. Rate was too high for the condition of the property.

Don’t recommend staying at this location
Pros:

I liked the location.

Cons:

Room was old and out dated. Room had dirty towels on tha patio. Patio furniture was dirty. Room was missing cups, coffee, and set of towels.
It would have been nice to know in advance the pool heater was broken. Could use the pool because it was Ice cold. Not to mention the city 2 day race was happening. Once parked you couldn’t get out. Road was secured 5am-1pm Saturday and 5am-3pm Sunday. We had to check out at 430 am just so we wouldn’t have been stuck in the lot. Hotel should have communicated this for plan adjustments. Offered zero discount for incovienance. Horrible stay.

Good but...
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Maintenance guy showed up to assist with issues we had.

Cons:

The room I had was less than good. Not only did I have the only room in the hotel with a weird shower but the sliding door leading to the beach was broken. Like someone forced their way into the room.

Only stayed for the ocean view.
Pros:

The view was the best part of the property by far.

Cons:

Minimal accommodations for the cost no breakfast for guest, the restaurant inside the hotel was closed all weekend. And the pool was freezing cold for an indoor pool.

Locatiin was great, checkin was easy, check out was easy, staff was nice

Cons:

Advertise a heated indoor pool.... supposedly pumps just went out needless to say the 50-60 some degree water didnt allow for swimming which was one reason we booked here

Pros:

The only thing I liked was being by the ocean.

Cons:

Everything about my.room was bad and awful. Including the noise from cheerleaders all night jumping and music just a lot. I came to get away for the weekend I just buried my son so I needed some time alone nd all the things that I encountered while being here was by far the worst stay ever. I stay at a lot of hotels and never have I experienced anything like this before. No hot water hole in bathroom ceiling heater made all kinds of noise all night. Not enough linens In the rooms. Housekeeping didn't speak English my tub was dirty at check in
Just horrible and I paid good money to stay for those 3 days I will never return back. Staff didn't speak as u walk in and out of lobby no good morning or anything. As a former supervisor at many hotels I can't believe the things I encountered housekeeper supervisor needs to check behind staff after cleaning rooms. People have to sleep and shower and eat I'm these rooms why pay money for filthiness.

Bring Lysol Wipes!
Pros:

Location was perfect for oceanfront.

Cons:

Rooms need to be cleaned better!!! Lamps were rusty! Bring your own lysol wipes! Bathroom was a personal sauna! It wouldn't stop running hot water! So, we're constantly hearing water running! Ughhh

I would never recommend anyone to stay here.
Pros:

We did not like a single thing. We checked out as fast as we checked in.

Cons:

The front desk staff, being trapped in a elevator for 45 minutes, the old food left in the fridge, the wall that moved, the very small rooms.
