Perfect for staying a night, good value

The gentlemen that came to help fix the TV was awesome nice view of the ocean

Cons:

Not the cleanest took forever to get someone and had to go down twice to the front desk to ask for help with the TV. That is after calling several times from the room phone and my cell phone. Husband had to go to several other floors for ice. The elevator had issues and the even had to call the fire company.

It was horrible.

It being oceanfront.

Cons:

It was filthy, had to change rooms due to broken fridge, dirty linens, leaky faucet. The 2nd room was not much better. It was still dirty, the toilet seat was broken and the shower faucet leaked. At least one of the main elevators stayed broke on both sets of the elevators. The carpet was filthy, the balcony chairs were not safe to sit on. We had a faulty lamp. No hair dryer. No breakfast. Heated pool was freezing.

Great location but hotel itself needs improvement
Pros:

I liked that it was right on the beach!

Cons:

It was run down, not really that clean, a crack in our balcony, one working elevator on our side, no food, and doors that did not lock or open via our key cards.
