O quarto novo otimo cafe da manha supreendente

Pros:

A localização era muito boa, fácil acesso para shopping e tem até uma parte das lojas comerciais que ficam ao redor do hotel. Tinha até chinelos descartáveis que nos outros hotéis não oferecem e a chaleira elétrica no quarto.

Cons:

A academia podia funcionar de domingo a domingo. Ter água de cortesia, café e chá de cortesia no quarto

Pros:

Toda a equipe tem um otimo atendimento, as acomodações ão muito boas.

Cons:

O banheiro mais especificamente o box, a parte onde você no box é onde tem a parte que é a queda da agua, isso de uma sensação estranha. O bar não condiz com toda entrega do hotel, a comida com um preço elevado em relação a entrega, não é o valor em reais, é que ao pagar um valor mais alto a expectativa sobe.

Camas e travesseiros excelentes. Roupa de cama e banho de qualidade. Equipe simpática e sempre disponível para ajudar.

Cons:

O cardápio do serviço de quarto poderia ter mais opções. O atendimento do bar no lobby é péssimo.
