Have stayed at this hotel before and was very happy but now it is not so good.
Cons:

Small room. No breakfastt. When booked breakfast was included but I was contacted to inform me that breakfast was no longer included.

Local confortável de acesso relativamente fácil mas bastante dispendioso.
Pros:

O aspeto positivo é a localização. Atendendo à dificuldade em geral de se encontrar determinados locais em Veneza, este hotel é facilmente encontrado!

Cons:

Marquei o hotel como tendo pequeno almoço, próximo da data fui informada que já não dispunham desse serviço e que me iriam reembolsar em 20 euros, no entanto, até ao momento (passados 12 dias) ainda não recebi nada. Considero o valor do quarto muito elevado para os serviços que dispõem, quando comparados com outros alojamentos também em Veneza.

Pros:

L'emplacement est idéal, à l'écart de l 'agitation mais avec des liaisons rapides et proches.
Il n'y a pas de service de petit déjeuner. Par contre l'hôtel propose du thé, du café, des tisanes et le tout gratuitement
L'accueil a été particulièrement chaleureux avec une écoute et aide attentives

Hotel accagliente ben gestito, camere piccole ma ben organizate, bagni molto funzionali e ben ristrutturati
Accorgimenti come pantofole e bottiglie di acqua in camera, macchina del caffè con cialde di ottima marca, biscotti, televisore e phon e ottima pulizia lo rendono un servizio da 3 stelle, ne merita una in più, consigliatissimo

The room was very clean and had everything for short stay.
Very white bed sheets, tv, clean and comfortable bathroom. Absolutely comfortable mattress. And so silent in the night. It is worth. The Location is great. Definitely recommended.

Cons:

I would add the little kettle.

Чудовий готель і номер за 150 евро
Pros:

Перший візит в Італію і Венецію, тому важко порівняти з іншими готелями. Персонал дуже привітний і люб'язний. Номер чистий, ліжко достатньо велике, але для людини вище 1.9м треба враховувати, що ступні будуть звисать. Розраховував на значно гірші умови, але за свої гроші дуже гарна кімната, хоч і маленька, але комфортна. Є кавоварка в номері, кондиціонер, ванна кімната маленька, але нова і практична. В ночі було тихо, не заважало спати. Розташування зручне, знайти готель легко. До цього зняв інший готель, а вони намагались скаманути, але Букинг гроші повернув. Тому дуже з насторогою віднісся до того, що Falier прислав посилання на оплату туристичного збору, але все легально і так має бути. Дуже задоволенні і рекомендуємо

Cons:

Матрац дуже жорсткий, але після цілого дня піших прогулянок все одно спалось добре. Дуже дивна система дверцят в душовії, важко помитись повністю, щоб не зачепити і відкрити дверцята
