Great location and they were very helpful and patient with me while I tried to figure out the code to the front door.
Pros:

The room was very clean and the terrace was spacious with beautiful views.

Cons:

It was difficult to get our luggage up the last bit of stairs to our room.

Very comfy hotel in an exceptional location nearby the main bus and water tram stations which was super convenient when commuting from/to the airport. Good communication with the hotel staff via WhatsApp. The hotel has a lift and a nice patio, as well as a microwave and a kettle in the common room. AC worked very well.

Cons:

Light sleeper here so the lack of window blinds in our room was something that I wish could have been improved. The curtains were not big enough to cover the windows so it was rather light at night.

Lovely off the main track location.
Pros:

Location to the main tourist attraction is a short 10-15 walk but it’s nice to get out of the main busy areas, plus the restaurant prices are much more reasonable. Hotel it self is very nice with good facilities.

Cons:

Nothing, It’s value for money.

Avrupanın çoğu şehrinde bu tarz otellerde kaldım ama bu otel kadar temizine rahatına rastlamadım, her şey çok iyiydi çok memnun kaldım, türk dostlarıma duyurulur, konumu 15-20 dk gezilecek yerlere ama böyle olması daha iyi çünkü tren istasyonundan valizleri venedikin içine girmek çok zor olur, bu otelde valiz konusunda zorlanmadık

Nos encantó súper como, todo limpio y en buen funcionamiento las instalaciones con aire acondicionado y artefactos modernos la verdad que excelente relación calidad precio nos quedamos encantados, pudimos dejar las maletas después de Check-out para seguir recorriendo mientras esperábamos el viaje

Está un poco alejado del la plaza San Marcos pero la ubicación es muy buena para la estación de tren y otras atracciones

Pros:

The room with terrace upstairs is small but very charming. Watch out for the stairs. Not for everybody.

Cons:

Self check-in is not my favorite for hotels. Though we received a friendly help when we got lost with it.
Stairway to room upstairs..is quite a climb. But you'll find it rewarding.
