La reception era praticamente sempre chiusa.
L’unica persona a cui ci si poteva rivolgere era una ragazza antipatica, maleducata, scortese e completamente svogliata, con un atteggiamento arrogante e indisponente. Sembrava infastidita da qualsiasi richiesta e faceva persino finta di non parlare italiano. Purtroppo ha rovinato la valutazione di questa struttura

Location is excellent - convenient to all public transport. Room is small and basic, but this is to be expected in Venice and at that price.

The bed was very very firm - perhaps a softer mattress would help.

Szép kis szálloda a vasútállomás közelében, gyönyörű helyen.
Pros:

A vasútállomástól és a Piazzale Romához egyaránt közel, (8-10 perces sétára), csendes, hangulatos kis utcában található a szálloda. Ha a recepció zárása után érkezel, akkor elküldik üzenetben a mellékutcáról nyíló kertkaou nyitókódját. A kis asztalkán várt a szobakártyánk.
A személyzet rendkívül kedves és segítőkész. A szoba szépen volt berendezve. Visszatérünk még!

Pros:

L'hotel è molto vicino alla stazione e le camere sono accoglienti anche se molto piccole, sii trova in una zona tranquilla. Le camere sono state ristrutturate quindi abbastanza moderne. Letti comodi.

Cons:

Pulizia non top, ho trovato due capelli e un pelo sul letto, dopo aver tolto il copriletto. In bagno lo scaldabagno era staccato dal muro da un lato e il soffione della doccia era un po' intasato e non usciva molta acqua.
