The Japanese staff is polite but not helpful. It makes me feel this hotel like some other service providers (hairdresser etc) don’t like foreigners.

Clean and friendly service, great location.
Pros:

Great breakfast buffet and absolutely lovely service from all staff (especially one of the lounge bar servers). Great location and clean rooms.

Cons:

The room had a sensor activated light which kept going off at night while we slept and our legs activated it. No way to turn it off. The buildings ac was not adequate and our room ac kept being turned down.
