Pros:

The location was excellent. It's connected to the subway; which then connects to nearby department stores and shopping streets. It rained the first day we visited and it kept us from having to wander outside to explore Osaka. The check-in/out process was smooth and the staff was very welcoming. Would definitely return again.

We would stay again if we were in Osaka.
Pros:

We liked the location of the property being central but not too close to the chaos. It was within walking distance to everything with a subway right next door. There was also a Lawson for late night snacks on the ground level of the hotel. The hotel was quite spacious compared to other hotels in Tokyo that we stayed in which made opening up our suitcases a bit easier.

Very helpful happy staff, even gave us a breakfast box to take as we had an early 6.30am bullet train
