100% recomendable.
Pros:

Me encantó la ubicación, las instalaciones, sin duda volvería. Es mi segunda vez en Osaka, volvería por una tercera!
Las habitaciones son amplias, baño moderno con ducha y tina, un vanity que se agradece mucho. Acceso a línea de metro desde el mismo hotel, cruzando está el centro comercial y caminando muy cerca el Dotonbori.
Las fotos son oscuras pero está el vanity y pantalla digital para operar todo lo de la habitación.
Al finalizar nuestra estadía nos dieron un recuerdo del hotel de regalo.

La ubicación es excelente. El hotel está conectado directamente con el metro desde el subsuelo y también tiene un Family Mart justo abajo, lo cual resulta muy práctico. Me alojé en el piso 20 y la vista es realmente muy buena. El espacio sería todavía mejor si contaran con un pianista profesional para acompañar el ambiente, ya que el piano tocado por una guía no ofrece la misma calidad de sonido.

Cons:

Al llegar para hacer el check-in a las 13:45, después de un viaje largo y estando muy cansado, me informaron que para ingresar a esa hora debía pagar 13.000 yenes. Si no, tenía que esperar hasta las 15:00. La habitación ya estaba lista, pero igualmente me hicieron dejar las maletas, salir del hotel y volver más tarde. Me pareció un detalle poco considerado y un cargo excesivo por solo una hora y quince minutos de diferencia. Faltó empatía hacia el huésped.

Otra situación que no me gustó fue la dinámica del desayuno. El trato es muy rígido: a las 10:00 en punto prácticamente te echan. Empiezan a levantar todo delante tuyo, pasan varios empleados mirándote para que termines y se siente una tensión innecesaria. El desayuno en sí es muy bueno y variado, pero la experiencia resulta incómoda por la forma en que está organizado.

At exactly 10:00 they practically force you out: they clear everything in front of you, several staff members stare at you to make you finish, and it creates unnecessary tension. The breakfast itself is varied and good, but the atmosphere feels almost military. Additionally, the internet connection works very poorly.
