Comfy bed and clean

Самый классный отель в эту мою первую поездку в Японию. Большие номера, отличный вид, огромная зона ресторанчиков через дорогу. Свой бар с видом на город. Фантастические завтраки. И станция метро на нижнем этаже и вообще отличное расположение

Love it! this is the best hotel among our trip in Japan! will stay here again!
Pros:

Love it! Room is spacious top open 2 luggages! Situated next to a large shopping mall and numerous dining options with direct underground access to train station.
Friendly staff, polite team provide a warm welcome and helpful service. Comfortable bed. We sent our luggage from Kyoto to here, by the time we checked in, the luggages were already delivered to our rooms.

Pros:

Great location, wonderful room - we paid for a premium and it was worth it. Loved the Dyson Air wrap.
The breakfast was fantastic, best we had in Japan such variety.
The bar was lovely - although it allowed smoking.
Wonderful helpful friendly staff

As others have said, this hotel is in the best location... has its own subway entrance and is a few blocks from the bustle of Dotonbori. Efficient and friendly staff, big rooms (esp for Japan) and the absolute best breakfast... it was impossible to choose from all the wonderful things (a chocolate fondue fountain! Mini-eggs Benedict! Sparking wine! Latte machine! Full lovely salad bar!), so I tried to try a little of everything. The room amenities were great - of note, they had body lotion when no other hotel we stayed at in Japan did - and the Dyson hair dryer was a treat. The comfy beds - softer than most we encountered - were the best treat. We loved Osaka and wish we'd stayed more than two nights.

Overall we were happy with our stay. space; great breakfast options and good location
Pros:

Initially there was an issue with cleaning staff leaving our room door open. This was concerning. We reported it to staff. The matter was dealt with promptly and satisfactorily by the management staff. Our hotel room was upgraded with no additional cost to us.
