Confortable y tranquila
Pros:

Comidas en cafetería. Excelente el trato y la comprensión por parte del camarero ( Ronaldo) debido a mi intolerancia al gluten y la lactosa. Siempre sonriente y amable.

Cons:

En general todo bien. Sería interesante poder tener opción a elegir almohada.

Pros:

Spacious and clean room. Staff are very friendly

Cons:

The hotel overall looks like a 1970ies movie set. The gym has very basic equipment, likely from 1970 as well as the rest.

Best hotel in madrid! 100% reccomend
Pros:

Very friendly staff! They let us check in 2 hours early and upgraded us to a junior suite, courtesy of the hotel! Had a lovely balcony with a great view over the city. Very clean and easy to navigate. 3 elevators so even though we were on the top floor, lifts were always available.
