Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel and we would stay there again.
Pros:

We liked the location. It was close to the JR station and an airport limousine bus stop. The rooms were nice and everything was clean. The blackout shades in the room worked really well. The hotel provided clean towels, bottled water and trash bags every day even if you didn’t want your room cleaned. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The water at the public bath wasn’t as hot as we would have liked and the beds were a little too firm.

Excellent location for a family trip!
Pros:

Great location, less than 5 mins walk to Sapporo Station (both JR and subway) and the shopping areas around there. The hotel and room deco were modern and very comfortable. We booked a superior and a standard room. The Standard room was a bit smaller than expected, as seen from the photos, but we were able to open up a large and small suitcase there. The Superior was much more spacious, even with the 2+1 beds. The beds were okay, on the softer side though. The service and staff were all excellent. Didn't try the hotel breakfast. There is also a washing machine in the onsen room, but access times are limited.

Cons:

it would be nice to have more units of the washing machine/dryer and have it available for longer hours (24h perhaps?)
