Disappointing Mitsui Garden brand hotel with limited amenities and tiny public bath.
Pros:

Location and roomy

Cons:

Big public bath is a misnomer. Should be called small public bath. No amenities. Happy hour is a sad hour. 2 little baskets of chocolate bars, cheap snacks, usually consumed by guests within 10 minutes. Coffee, hot chocolate and tea and a some fountain drinks. No coffee in the morning at the lobby during the day only late afternoon.

리모델링 숙소라 어쩔수 없음
Pros:

삿포로역 인근 숙소를 원했기 때문에 위치는 좋았고 편의점도 가까움 대욕장은 관리가 잘되어 깨끗함

Cons:

화장실에 냄새가 좀 나고 방에 먼지가 너무 많아 아침마다 창문열어 환기를 하긴 했어요

Great location and comfortable stay
Pros:

Great location close to station, 7/11 and Lawson. Room was spacious for Japan standards. Onsen and lounge area was nice. Staff were great.

Cons:

Laundry is located in the onsen bathrooms so only open after 3pm which was a bit annoying.

Pros:

フロントの雰囲気が落ち着いていて安心感があり、ホテル自体静かで過ごしやすいです。ハウスキーパーさんのお掃除も行き届いていて快適でした。

Cons:

洗濯機がもう少し台数があるとありがたいです

If laundry is a must, skip this hotel
Pros:

Location is nearby to Sapporo Station. Bath Tub is big and deep for non-Japanese size. Strong water pressure. Large public bath is nice.

Cons:

They only have 2 washing machines, each is inside the public bath which can only be accessed during certain hours. If you stay long period and laundry is essential, I suggest to look for other alternative. Every time washing for max 3kg load only and it requires 2 hours. Not sure if the washing machine being maintained properly or not but every time i must add 1 extra hour drying and it is still damp. Then still need extra effort to hang the laundry again in the room to dry.
