Far from a deluxe room
Pros:

We booked what was described as a deluxe room, but the reality was very far from deluxe. The room was extremely small, with barely enough usable space around the bed, only two coat hangers for two guests, curtains that did not properly cover the window, very limited ventilation, and just one small tabletop fan during 30°C weather.

Cons:

The room was also on the fourth floor with no lift, which meant carrying our suitcases up seven flights of stairs after an overnight international flight. This was not made clear enough in the listing and made arrival extremely difficult. The description did not match the reality at all. Calling this room “deluxe” was misleading. At best, it was a very basic, cramped cupboard- like room with poor ventilation and difficult access.
The fourth-floor location, lack of lift, number of stairs, room size, and limited ventilation should all be clearly disclosed so guests know what they are actually booking. I would NEVER stay here again and would definitely not recommend.

Für einen kurzen Trip zu empfehlen . Aufhalten aber nur zum Schlafen . -

Super Lage . Ganz neues Bad . Alles sehr sauber

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind einfach zu klein für zwei Erwachsene . Nur ein winziges Fenster . Man konnte nicht nach draußen gucken .

Pros:

Cordialidade dos funcionários, especialmente a Sra. Fátima e do Sr. que ficava no período noturno. Sempre muito simpáticos. Ponto positivo para limpeza diária, organização e troca diária de enxoval. O hotel fica próximo dos principais pontos turísticos por meio das linhas de ônibus (NR 24 que passa em frente ao hotel), entre outros nas proximidades e metrô (Victoria) a menos de 10min de caminhada. Pôde-se chegar de Eurostar vindo de Paris, pegando o metrô que é muito acessível e interativo. Supermercados próximos (Tesco e Sainsbury’s) com variedade de lanches, saladas e comidas rápidas, além de lojas de conveniências, cafeterias, passeios de bike, boulangerries, lavanderias. Realmente o bairro tem de tudo (até restaurante brasileiro - chamado Preto e alguns italianos. É um lugar tranquilo e agradável.

Cons:

O hotel poderia disponibilizar um microondas para aquecer refeições rápidas.

Really positively surprised with this stay
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room and private bathroom was clean. The location was the best aspect of this place. It was close to the Victoria Coach station and underground. Easy enough to walk on foot to the most iconic places in London too.

Cons:

We were located in the room downstairs and there was no possibility to open a window and the air was a bit stale and we felt hot, however, we were provided with a fan in the room so that helped a lot.

It was nice
Pros:

It was cleaned everyday and the staff were friendly. Our room had a lovely balcony. We visited during the heat wave, but the room had a fan, which made our stay a lot better. The location was very good.

Cons:

The Wi-Fi was very very bad. There very few shelves and tables to store our things.

I live on the top floor, and there is no lift. We are not getting any water in the bathroom—not even a single drop. There is also no drinking water. Despite these serious issues, the rent is very high. Please resolve the water supply problem as soon as possible.

Small but clean and friendly staff
Pros:

Great little hotel, fab location,10 min walk from Victoria. Rooms were clean and tidy but small, no air con and a fan that didnt do much but for the price its definately worth the compromise. Friendly staff.

7 sets of stairs to get to the top, i had to take a rest half way with heavy bags. If mobility is not an issue, again this is worth the compromise for the price.

Clean, comfortable and friendly staff.

Cons:

7 sets of stairs to get to the top, it wasn't a problem for us considering everything else was great and the price was very reasonable for the area! I did have to stop and rest before reaching the top with heavy bags though.

No air con so it was quite hot,we did have a fan but it didnt do much but again,for the price and location worth the compromise.

A good, budget hotel, with a bus stop for the main attractions only 20m away.
Pros:

Helpful staff, a place to store luggage after check out. Comfy bed, nice shower. Effective fan for use in the room. Good wifi connection.

Cons:

We were not aware of anywhere to store food or to sit and eat food in the hotel.
