Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t be happier with my experience. A special thank you to Fatima and George, who were incredibly welcoming, kind, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their hospitality really made a difference and made me feel at home.

The hotel is also located in a great and safe area, which made it very easy for me to get around the city, both on foot and using public transport.

Overall, I had an excellent stay and I’m truly grateful for the service I received. I would definitely recommend this hotel

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again and recommend others to book.
Pros:

Location was great, only a 10 minute walk to Victoria Station. The location was flat and easy to find. The room was very clean, the beds were very comfy, the pillows and blanket was soft and comfy. The hotel provided us with towels, a small bar of soap and shampoo for each guest which was a nice touch. The room had a electric fan which was a god sent after a hot day in the sun.

Cons:

The room as slightly small but as we only stayed the 1 night and was only there to sleep as we was out adventuring this was fine with us, we also knew the rooms were small from pervious reviews which did not put us of. The only downside was there was lots of stairs to carry a heavy suitcase up to get to our room

Pros:

Convenient location, 10 mins from Victoria station. Comfortable beds. Tea/coffee facilities. Clean room & shower. Very basic but does exactly what you need it to do if you aren't fussy and looking for luxury. Reception staff are lovely and welcoming.

Cons:

Balcony door wasn't secure, anyone could open it from the other side (shared balcony with room next door). Looks like it had tried to be fixed numerous times but it needs replacing.
Didn't leave valuables in the room.
Bathroom didnt have body wash - however bar of soap and tiny sample shampoo bottle.
Although room was clean it was very tired/shabby. Mirror was cracked, side tables/shelves could do with replacing. Pinterest could give them inspiration to make it warmer and more inviting 😆

Pros:

Posizione ottima, a due passi da Victoria station dove puoi prendere qualunque mezzo per andare ovunque

Cons:

Al check-in ci hanno dato una stanza a un piano sotto terra che oltre a essere piccola e fredda, c'era anche puzza di gas proveniente dalle caldaie che avevano gli scarichi davanti la finestra (non ermetica) che dava su un vano tecnico all'aperto... Dopo aver piantato un casino per questo motivo e minacciato di chiamare la polizia, il tipo alla reception ha fatto qualche telefonata e ci ha fatto accomodare per la prima notte in un'Hotel a 30-40 metri di distanza dove ci hanno messo in una camera con bagno al pian terreno a noi riservata con addirittura 7 letti; Comunque si è dormito bene e al caldo. La mattina dopo, abbiamo lasciato le valigie e rientrando la sera ci hanno messo in una camera al secondo piano senza ascensore e con scale scomodissime dove c'erano un letto matrimoniale e uno singolo praticamente attaccati e neanche lo spazio per aprire le valigie o un'armadio dove posare qualcosa, comunque sia, almeno era caldo e abbiamo "accomodato" altre 2 notti.
Per quanto riguarda la pulizia, meglio tralasciare i dettagli....

Lo que más la localización, no llega a 15 minutos del Big Ben

Cons:

Un poco estrecho, pero para ir a dormir que es lo que utilizas un hotel cuando estás de viaje, es perfecto.

Great location and close to stations.

Cons:

Walk up the stairs can be challenge if you have bigger bags. Our room was very tight. Bigger humans will struggle to move in and out.

Pros:

Ubicación en Pimlico, un barrio super tranquilo, a 10minutos de Victoria, una de las estaciones centrales que te deja en el aeropuerto. El hotel sencillo pero bien! está limpio y te hacen ma habitación y cambio de toallas cada dia. Tiene un espejo de cuerpo entero que eso va siempre muy bien! El personal muy amable

Cons:

Me faltaría un armario. La cama no es muy dura
