Nice place to stay, with welcoming helpful staff .. and in a great location .. thanks!
Pros:

Clean and Comfortable bed, offered extension lead for extra plugs, tea/coffee replenished on request .. most of all, ground floor room so easily accessible

Cons:

Poor lighting, a sink plug missing, TV v lovely for frustrating to access apps without sign-in confusion. A half blind at window would afford more privacy at this ground level room

For the price I paid the room was fair. If you want cheap but comfortable then it will do.
Pros:

Room very basic but for the price it was fair. Staff lovely and very helpful.

Cons:

Too small for 3 people. Shower poor. Broken floor near toilet. Could hear people in the next room talking and drying their hair.

Bathroom stench and lack of storage
Pros:

Good location and pleasant staff

Cons:

When we got to the room there was plug in air freshener which I unplugged as they give me headaches. I believe the plug in was to help disguise the stench that came from the bathroom which got stronger as the night went on. The room was a little warm so I took the fan off the top of the wardrobe and was met with a lot of dust. There is limited storage in the bathroom and no plug sockets by the beds. It served a purpose, but I won’t be staying here again

Pros:

Lokalizacja świetna! Na najważniejsze miejsca dojdziesz pieszo, ale metro też jest bardzo blisko:) Obsługa pomocna, dbają o gości.

De vloer was gescheurd, waardoor er een gat zat.
De spiraal bedden waren net een trampoline.
En de dekbedden waren erg goor, deze zaten in een hoed, maar de haren zaten aan de papieren zak waarin een soort van dekbed vlokken zaten

Molto vicino al centro, fornito bene lato mezzi.
Camere pulite e staff molto cortese.

Cons:

Le stanze sono un po’ piccole: una camera per tre persone ha la dimensione di una stanza per due massimo

Bien, pero un pelín caro para lo que ofrece.
Pros:

La ubicación. Teníamos la misma distancia a London Eye, Big Ben, British, etc; y a Hyde Park, Notting Hill, Museo de Ciencias, etc. Es decir, muy bien ubicado. El personal muy correcto.

Cons:

Una de las camas, la pequeña, tenía un colchón que se hundía bastante. Y dentro de la habitación apenas hay espacio para moverse. Y éramos dos. Intuyo que la hab es para 3 ya que cuenta con una cama de matrimonio y una de 90. No sé. Para mí, un pelín caro para lo que es. Luego, la ventana que daba a la terraza no cerraba completamente y entraba algo de frío, y se sujetaba solo con un ganchito.

Pros:

De kamer was schoon en het bed lag lekker

Cons:

We kregen een kamer op de 4de etage zonder lift. Dit was haast niet te doen met bagage.. daarnaast rook het heel erg naar parfum op de kamer. Wij hebben allergieën. Een aandachtpunt.

The staff was nice.
Location is excellent.
Room was small, but adequate

Cons:

We were in room 5, next to the checkin counter and stairs to the upstairs. It was extremely noisy. You could hear everyone coming in, talking and walking up the stairs. Don't take this room if they offer it to you.

Great location, not a bad room for a night but a little small for any longer
Pros:

The location was perfect and the staff very friendly, allowed us to check in early too. Free parking was an added bonus

The room very small and the shower door got stuck (could do with upgrading)

Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena, a poco minutos caminando de Victoria Coach Station. El baño y la habitación estaban muy limpios.

Cons:

No hay ascensor, era complicado subir la maleta por las escaleras angostas. La habitación para 3 personas es muy pequeña, teniamos que caminar entre los bolsos, pero no fue un gran problema para pocas noches.
