Pros:

The staff was lovely an wen we asked to switch rooms she was good about it

Cons:

The first room was unsafe as the small balcony door didn't lock . One plug socket near the kettle no bedside light barley space to walk . Then we switched rooms better but more stairs to walk up not good for anyone older .. still no plug sockets no bedside lights

Very disappointed

No lift, six flights of stairs. Very dated. Curtains hanging off wall, Very noisy, windows wouldn't close, tv didn't work. Will not be back

Great location and clean
Pros:

It was clean, quiet and the staff were friendly. The location was amazing. Loads of lovely places nearby for early breakfast, even on a Sunday

The room was very small and there was no tea or coffee in the room

Für ein paar Tage eine absolut akzeptable Unterkunft, gemessen am Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
Pros:

Es war klar, dass die Zimmer klein sein werdet, trotzdem die Betten waren bequem und gibt es TV, Wifi. Es war ziemlich ruhig und schön sauber. Täglich hab wir neue Badesachen und Handtücher

Cons:

Es gibt keinen Kühlschrank, nicht sogar einen kleines. Und die Heizung läuft nicht immer wie es soll, waren nicht kalt trotzdem nicht so warm wie gemacht haben

I haven’t stayed at all

⭐ 1/10 – Misleading price & no refund

I never stayed at this property. I booked via Booking.com for £88, which was deducted from my account.
Within 10 minutes of booking, I called to confirm and was told I would be charged £300 for the first night and £200 for the second night, completely different from the advertised price.

Because of this, I cancelled immediately. The property confirmed they did not take any payment, yet I have not received my £88 refund.

Either Booking.com or the property is responsible, but as a customer I am still out of pocket for a booking that was cancelled almost immediately due to misleading pricing. Very disappointing experience.

Camera ben pulita, asciugamani cambiati ogni giorno, personale cordiale per non parlare della comodità per arrivare in centro. A 10 minuti a piedi da victoria station.

La camera se così possiamo dire era davvero molto molto piccola, non andava bene forse nemmeno per una singola, quindi niente armadio dove poter mettere le proprie cose che sono rimaste in valigia tutto il tempo. Nessuna presa vicino al comodino, tra l’altro bisogna ricordarsi l’adattatore

A good place to stay in Pimico
Pros:

Good location and nice rooms and staff great also. Around Pimlico there are plenty similar type private hotels which are not particularly nice. The Park Hotel is a very pleasant stay indeed

All in all I reccomend the place. It worked for us and the STAFF was really great!
Pros:

*Staff members. Generally, people who work in this place are amazingly nice and helpful. :)
*The bathroom was renovated - so that's a really great thing!
*We had a room far away from other guests, so it was really quiet, and we didn't bother anyone either.
*Excellent Wi-fi.
*again... great staff members!

Cons:

I guess there is some space for improvement: e.g. no place to hang your wet towels; lights that dangle from the ceiling threatening to fall and some that flicker; cold-as-ice bathroom; no bedside table in the main bedroom and no lamps etc., and the rooms could be upgraded a bit, pleaseeee (a wardrobe that is close to collapsing etc.) :(
