Staff nice but need big improvements in the rooms
Pros:

Nice and convenient to where I was going.

Cons:

The rooms were too dark, water pressure in the sink was bad, and the mattress was horrible. It affected my ability to perform my mission.

It’s a cheap stay for a reason. You get a place to sleep. If that’s all you need, it meets the bill.

Easily hear neighbors. Breakfast is advertised, but it was only waffles and muffins. Cigarette burns on the comforter.

Very disappointed
Cons:

I did not feel safe. There were a bunch of men smoking weed outside my room. The blinds were transparent and there were no curtains. The receptionist did not offer to move me so I lost $107. My stay wasn't any longer than 10 minutes. I was very disappointed and will not stay, nor recommend, this location.

Clean, comfortable, and economical accommodations.
Pros:

This was the third economy hotel I stayed in recently in Cookeville. It was the nicest and most comfortable of all three. The location is convenient, with lots of restaurants nearby.

I would definitely try to stay somewhere else. I should know better than book on a Booking.com.
Pros:

The property was quiet

Cons:

Both bedspreads were stained and each had a cigarette hole or two. There were two very thin bath towels, but no hand towels or wash cloths.
One bed was like a hammock, but was too tired to go to the front and ask for a different room or more towels.
It should have been a $50 a night room not $98.
