Nice hotel but overpriced, some areas lacking which need improving

Great views, nice rooms

Cons:

Elevators you could be waiting over 30 minutes (probably the worst I’ve experienced), the windows need cleaning as they are filthy so the view was not the greatest because of this, breakfast was difficult and not the greatest system

Cons:

Not so clean. Very crowded. Had to wait for long time for the elevators, super crowded breakfast lineup, super crowded swimming pool and jacaozi. Not very clean. I asked them to clean our room and they refused mentioning that they clean every third day. Had a bad experience staying at this hotel.

I loved the beauty of the waterfall, but I was disappointed that the room I received was not the one I had booked. To get the room I wanted, I would have had to upgrade—even though I had already paid for a Deluxe

Cons:

I booked a Deluxe room but was assigned a different room—one that didn't match my reservation—despite having paid a higher rate. I was told that if I wanted the room I actually booked, I would have to pay an upgrade fee. What kind of policy is that? Furthermore, it was incredibly noisy; renovation work began before 8:00 AM—before I had even woken up—making for a very disruptive experience.
