Elevators you could be waiting over 30 minutes (probably the worst I’ve experienced), the windows need cleaning as they are filthy so the view was not the greatest because of this, breakfast was difficult and not the greatest system
They charged wrong card, corporate card on Hilton account without notice, instead of my personal card presented at check in. They refuse to correct their mistake.

Not so clean. Very crowded. Had to wait for long time for the elevators, super crowded breakfast lineup, super crowded swimming pool and jacaozi. Not very clean. I asked them to clean our room and they refused mentioning that they clean every third day. Had a bad experience staying at this hotel.
I like my room because of the view.
The elevators, the company could do better. The lines are too long just to catch an elevator. And the free breakfast they could do better.
The check in experience was complicated by ongoing onsite construction as our room was not prepared and we had to be assigned another room, electronic key ability was not functional. Elevators are all full of construction workers, elevators not functioning well (when you prompt them to go down, it goes ups and downs take it longer to reach to Lobby. It would be essential and fair to tell the guests about ongoing big construction at the time of booking. The room lacks of enough tea bags/ coffee and lacks toothpaste, toothbrush, bath caps, etc that one can expect from top rated hotel elsewhere. The continental breakfast: very basic , the items such as scrambled eggs were cold, the orange juice was very brown cloudy (did not even take the risk to taste them- are they expired)? On the positive side, The room was very neat clean , the view is fantastic. Air-condition working well, room service responds well, attentive staff ( not in the kitchen) .
Staying at the falls for one night, we opted for the Hilton Embassy Suites given its great location and views. The hotel is very large, making checkin quite impersonal.
There was no recognition / welcome as a Hilton Gold member, however we were upgraded to a partial falls view. The room had been recently refurbished, but was very poorly designed with the only seating area in a windowless room far away from the window. Lifts are ridiculously slow, each time taking 5-10 mins for one to arrive. The hotel bar lacked atmosphere. The hotel's premium stake restaurant has a great view. Whilst the food was good and staff were friendly, service was off, e.g. inattentive after initial introduction, wine didn't arrive until after the starter, no pause between the starter and the main, etc).
Overall, the location and views are a highlight, but poor design choices and underwhelming diner service would put us off returning.
