The property are very accessible and the fallsview so look good
Only the tub was not clean
I love the spaciousness of the room and how comfortable we felt
I have no complaints
The best place where to stay in Niagara. The room view made it special. Unforgettable!
Everything was perfect.
Great location, large room
location and the view
stuff are very bad
specially the reception the lady make my Chek in was very mean and shameless
she try to give me upgrade and pay 300 dollar so I revues and tell her just give me what I booked
so she try to scam me she try to take more mony than I booked
but for her bad luck I make for my visa card limit so it declined when I ask her the amount she try to take she said it well take 600 dollar deposit "Booking send me email the deposit is 200 dollar "
I revues and she Insisted so I gave her cash and I still have the receipt
and she also take from me 50 dollar more than what I booked
Booking send me that I will pay 807 but she took 864 dollars and I gave her because it was 9 pm and I have 3 kids we where very tired
next day I see another lady on the reception ask her about the difference she said that they 50 dollar more and she didn't know why but the will return it when I check out
the breakfast was shameful
no baggle no cheese
the coffee runs out
no banana they just but 4 type of egg golden potato and Bork sausage
the rooms are very old
they are making reservations in the upper floors
so the workers are in the elevator all the time
No cuenta area filtro de agua cerca los habitaciones ni en el gym no cuenta con agua
the room was good and had an awesome vew of the falls. The room was cosy and comfortable. All amenities were included
when I checked in, the clerk said they were not full and were offering deals on rooms - offered to upgrade my room for $150 per night - I thought this was the room price. When I checked out the total price was $220 (My original booking price) plus the $150 for a total of $370 a night. There was no mention of this price to me or I would have kept my original room which was already a room overlooking the falls. I mentioned this to the clerk on checkout but was told that this was the room price and he would mention the confusion to his supervisor. I have not heard from Homewood Suites management
The water in my room didn't get hot.
They only served pork meats for breakfast smh.

Misleading advertising: hidden fees, unusable pool, inaccessible Wi‑Fi:
I chose Embassy Suites by Hilton Niagara Falls Fallsview expecting the advertised amenities, but what was listed on Booking.com didn’t match reality.
The indoor pool—a primary reason for booking—was under construction with no disclosure on Booking.com, and the offered alternative at the nearby Wyndham was inconvenient and seemed unusable because guests were turned away when the pool was “too busy.”
Parking is described simply as private parking, with the reasonable consumer expectation that it is an amenity included - no fees are shown before booking. Upon arrival we were told parking is $100/night valet, $70/night on‑site self parking, or $35/night off‑site self parking. These costs were not disclosed upfront.
Wi‑Fi was advertised as available, but in‑room access was effectively inaccessible for non‑Hilton Honors guests because attempts to register failed; we made no attempt to pay for Wi-Fi.
Other issues included 35+ min breakfast lines, a skipped housekeeping day, a broken treadmill, and children often using gym equipment.
Management response was dismissive: concerns were shrugged off as “normal when busy,” with no meaningful follow-up despite repeated messages. A refunded paid room upgrade did not address broader issues of misrepresentation, hidden costs, and reduced service standards.
The “view” rooms may be nice but, until transparency and service improve, I cannot recommend this property.
