View to falls from 33 floor is awesome. Breakfast is delicious, vast options.
Windows slightly dirt from the outside. But of course it is impossible to clean them weekly or daily.
The view was very nice. The location was convenient.
The room smelled of sewage.
Well I booked this trip well in advance for my birthday with a horshoe falls view that showed on your website..when we reached the room was falsely advertised and when we brought it up with the staff and booking.com none of them helped we had to pay so much more than expected and then we were given a room that matched the description...even then the room was extremely unclean

My wife and I stayed at Embassy Suites by Hilton Niagara Falls Fallsview to celebrate our wedding anniversary and unfortunately the experience did not unfold as expected.
Two reservations were made through American Express for 1 King Bed Suite – Horseshoe Fallsview accommodations so that we could celebrate with family.
At check-in, the Manager on Duty offered connecting Two Queen rooms instead of the King suites so the rooms could be next to each other. As no limitations regarding the rooms were mentioned, we agreed to the change.
However, once we entered the rooms, the Falls view was significantly obstructed by large exterior structural pillars. This was not simply an angled view — a portion of the Falls view was physically blocked. The rooms were also located directly in front of the ice machine, which can reasonably affect guest comfort due to noise and traffic. None of this was disclosed at the front desk.
When we raised the concern, we were later informed that the King suites were sold out and we were moved to standard Two Queen rooms on different floors. Ultimately, we did not stay in the suite category originally reserved.
Another challenge occurred during check-in as I had inadvertently left my physical wallet in Toronto. I offered to process a payment through Apple Pay to resolve the situation, but the hotel could not accommodate this for room authorization or parking. As a result, I had to spend nearly an hour locating alternative parking outside the property.
Because of the time spent resolving the room situation and parking arrangements, we were unfortunately unable to fully enjoy the complimentary evening reception offered by the hotel.
To management’s credit, they did respond to my follow-up email and acknowledged the concerns. However, clearer communication at check-in regarding room location, view obstruction, and actual suite availability would have allowed us to make an informed decision.
The hotel has an excellent location near the Falls, but the overall experience during what was meant to be a special anniversary celebration was disappointing.
Great
Beds weren’t overly comfy
Location and renovated room
Both men i dealt with a front desk were not friendly at all.
We were upgraded at a small xtra fee to a suite which had an amazing view from a very large window and also with a massage chair.
