Enjoy the basics.
Pros:

Simple, neat & clean, good air con, many cable TV stations- mix of English & Spanish, but no streaming.

Cons:

Basic shower- hot water takes a long time to start getting hot, a little noisy overnight- more outside hotel than inside, over priced (This was my first accommodation in Mexico- after seeing other accommodation in Yucatan, the price is comparable).

Pros:

Clean room, working AC, hot water, and close enough to walk to 5th Ave in ab 5/10 mins, but far enough to not be disturbed by nighlife when sleeping.

Cons:

No comforter on beds, which i believe they do this this prevent people from turning AC really low.

10/10 location, large clean rooms with hot showers and cold a/c
Pros:

Great location just a few blocks from the beach but outside the noise of the downtown. Close to ADO alterna station and Walmart. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby.
Rooms were clean with hot showers, tv, and good wifi. Staff were very friendly.
The balcony overlooking the street from the hallways was nice. I liked the open air courtyard between the hallways.
Air conditioning is ice cold.

Cons:

Beds are firm (not bad, just not my preference). Some noise from the street but that's expected (and not as loud as downtown)

La habitación muy amplia y la ubicación muy tranquila.
Muchos enchufes y la cama cómoda.

Cons:

No había lámparas en la mesita de noche.
El agua de la ducha no salía con presión y estaba torcida hacia la pared , por lo que tenías que pegarte a ella resultando incómodo.
