La ubicación, ya me había hospedado antes y me gustó su cercania con la terminal del ADO y yn Walmart para compras. Es cómodo y limpio. Nos perfmitió movernos sin problema hacia la 5ta avenida

Great location and charm, but ground floor noise near reception meant I couldn't stay.
Pros:

The location was perfect for my mobility needs — walkable to the ocean, close to Chedraui, and right near the Xcaret shuttle stop. The hotel has beautiful Mexican architecture and colours. It had everything I needed physically.

Cons:

My ground floor room near reception was very noisy. Large groups chatted loudly late into the night and early morning. Music and TV played at high volumes during those hours too. There was no privacy with everyone walking by the main hallway. I had to leave after one night because I couldn't sleep before my flight.

Hôtel super bien placé et très correct pour le prix
Pros:

Super emplacement proche des bus ADO et dans le centre ville. Le personnel est souriant et accueillant. La chambre était très propre, très grande. Eau potable à disposition. La fenêtre des chambres donne sur un patio intérieur. Eau chaude et bon débit. Personnel de jour et de nuit. Ménage fait tous les jours et serviettes changées quotidiennement.

Cons:

Le personnel devrait faire respecter le silence quand des clients bruyants rentrent dans la nuit.C'est arrivé une fois, sinon l'emplacement de l'hôtel est dans une rue calme.

Muy cómodo, amplio, todo límpio y habitaciones silenciosas.

A pocas cuadras de la principal avenida de Playa del Carmen.

A toda hora nos sentimos muy seguros caminando en sus alrededores

Cons:

A mejorar, la calidad de las sábanas :) pero bien igual, es un hotel económico

Enjoy the basics.
Pros:

Simple, neat & clean, good air con, many cable TV stations- mix of English & Spanish, but no streaming.

Cons:

Basic shower- hot water takes a long time to start getting hot, a little noisy overnight- more outside hotel than inside, over priced (This was my first accommodation in Mexico- after seeing other accommodation in Yucatan, the price is comparable).

Pros:

Clean room, working AC, hot water, and close enough to walk to 5th Ave in ab 5/10 mins, but far enough to not be disturbed by nighlife when sleeping.

Cons:

No comforter on beds, which i believe they do this this prevent people from turning AC really low.
