The breakfast is exceptional
The care, I ordered food and had the plate in my room the whole day even after trying to get it fetched.
Hats off to the General Manager & team for creating an environment where everyone provides a warm welcome, perfect hospitality, with local charm.
If you can, pay for the exec level, amazing breakfast, try the mushrooms if toasted, just devine!
Beautiful hotel
Staff could not find the booking
We cannot recommend the Westin Cape Town enough. The hotel is in a great location with beautiful views. Both spa and pool on the top floor were excellent. We are Titanium members so we did frequent the Lounge. However, we also enjoyed the restaurants in the hotel lobby.
Most importantly, the service was FABULOUS. Everyone we met was very professional and friendly.
A special THANK YOU to Bevlynne Smith from the concierge desk. She made our trip to beautiful Cape Town and surrounding areas incredibly special. She took the extra time to help us us arrange tours ( including a safari)
I can’t say enough wonderful things about my experiences at The Westin Cape Town. Every stay is consistently exceptional, but this last visit truly went above and beyond.
I was celebrating my birthday, and when I arrived in my room, I was surprised with a thoughtful setup that included a bottle of champagne and delicious sweet treats. It was such a beautiful and unexpected gesture that made me feel genuinely valued and celebrated.
What sets this hotel apart is the incredible attention to detail and the warmth of the staff. The hospitality here is not just professional—it’s personal. You can feel that they truly care about their guests and go out of their way to make every stay memorable.
I’m so grateful for the kindness shown to me, and it’s a big reason why I keep coming back. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll feel welcomed, appreciated, and cared for, this is it.

It was very clean
Great spacious rooms, amazing breakfast, loads of options, great indoor pool with a jacuzzi, friendly staff, loads of spaces to hand out and have a drink, not far from the Waterfront Shopping center, short walk distant to different places around, amazing views from our room
AMAZING! executive lounge, sent postcards for me. Perfect for any travel but especially business. Sauna and steamroom + gym amazing
