Very comfortable with easy walk to waterfront

The restaurant, the rooms, large bathroom and lovely relaxing spaces

Cons:

My room had a slight musky odour at times. The lighting is poor in the rooms relying on lamps only

My stay was amazing, i will return to this hotel

The rooms are very clean and spacious. Furniture is in good condition. The pool and Jacuzzi upstairs were fantastic. Staff at the restaurant and bar is friendly and helpful. The refreshments for Two Oceans marathon in the morning were great

Cons:

My initial booking was done via the Marriot website, but it would seem that the money did not go through, please look at this and get customers to pay directly and not via email link etc. The worst experience was with reception when I called to enquire, the person was very rude. I eventually made booking via booking.com

Hats off to the General Manager & team for creating an environment where everyone provides a warm welcome, perfect hospitality, with local charm.

If you can, pay for the exec level, amazing breakfast, try the mushrooms if toasted, just devine!

Wonderful stay in FABULOUS Cape Town
Pros:

We cannot recommend the Westin Cape Town enough. The hotel is in a great location with beautiful views. Both spa and pool on the top floor were excellent. We are Titanium members so we did frequent the Lounge. However, we also enjoyed the restaurants in the hotel lobby.
Most importantly, the service was FABULOUS. Everyone we met was very professional and friendly.
A special THANK YOU to Bevlynne Smith from the concierge desk. She made our trip to beautiful Cape Town and surrounding areas incredibly special. She took the extra time to help us us arrange tours ( including a safari)
