Tolle Lage, aber eher fuer Backpacker
Pros:

Die Lage ist prinzipiell sehr gut, aber unser Zimmer hatte nicht den Blick auf das Tal wie ich es aus der Buchung erwartet habe und war zum Teil verdeckt von einem Dach. Das Zimmer war gross, Kuehlschrank und TV waren neu und es gab internationale Sender fuer Nachrichten und Filme (Englisch!)

Cons:

Die Waende waren extrem hellhoerig, der Blick aus dem Fenster entsprach nicht den Erwarungen aus den Bildern. Der allgemeine Zustand der Einrichtung war eher schlecht. Der Wasserhahn in der Kueche, Toilettenspuelung, waren in schlechtem Zustand. Die Sitzgelegenheiten sind reine Holzmoebel und sehr unbequem. Das Fruehstueck war minimal, praktisch keine Auswahl, simpler Toast, Eier, schwarzer Kaffee. Der Fruehtuecksraum (eigentlich mit tollem Blick ins Tal) das Mobiliar, alles sehr alt, abgenutzt. Zahlen mit Kreditkarte kostet einen Aufschlag von 10%.

Beautiful view, but not worth the money.
Pros:

The view was beautiful.

Cons:

The location was ulu, the apartment was run down and had mould on the wall. The towel provided had dirt stain on it. Not all rooms were equipped with air conditioner. There was a room where it had a small door that cannot be closed / locked, it made the group feel unsafe when resting in the room. We had trouble with the temperature of the shower and requested for help from the staff. However, the attitude of the staff was not good.

Great views. Basic hotel.
Pros:

Located very close to Sapa centre. Very clean with comfortable beds. Its just next to the monorail tracks and watching the train go by is amazing. The views are really nice esp from the top 2 floors.

Cons:

The access looks a little shady. Its off any road and u have to drag yr luggage down a flight of stairs to get to the reception. Lots of stairs in the hotel and no elevator but the boys help with the luggage Rooms are in one line with a common corridor.. The pics are deceptive but ok hotel. Views make up for ecerything. The breakfast was basic and strictly ok. Not much of a choice. No fruits and no bakes. Basic hotel. No frills.

I love the Family Suite Hotel.
Its clean.
AC works well on a hot hot day.
Theres a lift.
Big beds

My 2nd time staying at this condotel with my family.
The view!
Duy and Wang helped us everytime.
Big rooms!
Big bathrooms!
Comfy beds!

Cons:

The entrance to the place looks shabby.....but thats the thing.....because its the backdoor.

Moulds on the wall and curtains. Smelly pillows and towels, Family rooms are located 5 levels below the reception area, The walk is unsheltered.

Pros:

Location and views and the breakfast was excellent

Cons:

75 stairs from the room to three parking lot for pick up
60 stairs to the lobby so if you want something it’s 120 steps just get a water or coffee
No restraint or services anywhere else
I told them I was over 70 and had difficulty walking up and down stairs made no difference
Could not just cancel because they did not supply any information before getting there fridge not working. Shower was a challenge very difficult and too hot to shower,
Close to everything large and very comfortable rooms
Would not start again

Wonderful hotel for the money you pay
Pros:

Fantastic location with an amazing view of the Fansipan train each morning during breakfast too

Cons:

A little difficult to find at first, hidden behind other hotels. Still worth the stay, excellent value for money
