Pros:

The room is super clean. Beds are king size and very comfortable to sleep in. We had a good night sleep. Room is spacious and furnitures are in good shape. Location is accessible to town center. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was also good. Overall, we are satisfied and enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

Our room was located in the first floor, which the reception is in the fifth floor. So there are are a few set of stairs to climb down and up. Although they informed us before we checked in that would the case. It was fine for us because the room is very nice.

Value for money stay . Friendly staffs .
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staffs, great valley view!
Great price.
Reception offered to upgrade our two rooms with a family room( higher price) which located at level 4, just one floor below the entrance, original room was at level one, which required to walk down 4 levels of the stairs case . Without charging extra.
The Family room is very spacious.
The train from Sunplaza to Fansipan pass by the hotel, very nice view.

Cons:

No lift, a bit tough to go and up the stairs case .
Anyway, the staffs were helpful enough to help carrying our luggage.
One Air conditional to cover the whole studio room & Living hall, it is insufficient.

Pros:

It s facing the mountain.

Cons:

The lobby is far from the reception. To get to the hotel, you need to climb up slopes.
The shower water in the room was so weak. Hardly any water. No iron and ironing board.

Pros:

Good location, misty good view, at times clearer view during december. Spacious room. However breakfast was the same every day 630am to 845am. If you come for breakfast about 8am, they won't replanish any food which has finish.

Cons:

Housekeeping wouldn't replanish toiletries during housekeeping daily for a few days stay.....

Pros:

Die Lage war gut alles schnell erreichbar

Cons:

Zimmer war feucht und hatte schimmel, Toilette hat nicht wirklich funktioniert, dass ganze Badezimmer war immer eiskalt (gab kein Fenster zum schließen) und nass.
Decke war undicht und hat mitten in der Nacht ins bett geregnet, nach meldung in der nacht war keiner mit einer Befugnis im hotel und mussten so die nacht verbringen.
Frühstück war sehr dürftig.
