Ce que je n’ai pas apprécié dans un premier temps, nous arrivons devant l’hôtel avec plein de racailles devant l’entrée de l’hôtel. Nous rentrons dans l’hôtel, on nous parle de dépôt de garantie de 100 € en sachant que la chambre était déjà à 120 €. Je n’ai jamais vu un hôtel prendre un dépôt de garantie donc on a dû payer dans un premier temps 220 € ensuite la surprise du chef le parking à 16 €. Effectivement ils ont noté dans Booking mais il faut aller farfouiller dans différentes informations, ça devrait être écrit au moment de payer l’hôtel. La télé posée sur un trépied. Je n’avais jamais vu ça dans un hôtel quatre étoiles, le fond de la baignoire de la salle de bain était bleue. L’hôtel est un peu vétuste, il y a des choses à refaire quand on est arrivé devant notre porte de chambre, l’encadrement de la porte était tout abîmé.

Pros:

1. The location near Aeroville was great.
2. The staff were very friendly.
3. The big plus was the size of the room which made it easy to repack our luggage.

Cons:

1.The air conditioning was not good. The room felt very warm to the point where we opened the window for fresh air and to cool down at 4 am.
2. The uneven kerbing at the front of the hotel is not user/traveller friendly. We ended up losing all our luggage off the trolley before we entered. A big thank you to the people that ran to help us.
3. Paying 16 Euros for parking.

Séjour agréable mais je n'ai pas reçu mon reçu de paiement.
Pros:

Facilité de se rendre à l'aéroport. J'ai réservé un Taxi qui est venu à l'heure indiquée.

Cons:

Je n'ai pas reçu mon reçu de paiement. J'ai oublié de réclamer. Si je peux bien l'avoir. J'ai été prélevé un peu plus et je dois normalement avoir un reversement. Aucune information ne m'a été communiquée à cet effet.
