Clean and large room, excellent breakfast, polite personnel.

Pros:

Chambre adaptée pour une famille. Lits très confortables et chambre très propre. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour. Tout petit bémol sur l'espace service du petit déjeuner qui est un peu petit pour circuler quand on se retrouve à plusieurs personnes.

Very nice overall, clean and modern, good luggage storage

Cons:

Air-conditioning didn't work. We were boiling, shuttle to airport was more expensive than an uber.
Lady in resteraunt wouldn't do chips for my 11 year old as they were on the 'specials' menu. Very inflexible for children.

Staff are rude. Specially the ones from the breakfast buffet. There’s also only 1 day wifi.

Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Plutôt bien insonorisé compte tenu de la proximité de l'aéroport de Roissy.
Rideaux occultants.
La baignoire est un plus 👍🏻
Petit déjeuner copieux et varié, vraiment bien.
Restaurant au rez-de-chaussée de l'hôtel (non testé) ou Courtepaille juste à côté. Vraiment pratique. On gare la voiture à l'hôtel et pas obligé de la reprendre pour aller manger.

Pros:

The staff

Cons:

Food was disappointing and some was expired. The rooms were very hot to sleep in and the staff said there were fans but mentioned on checked. There was no small wash clothes for the face. Lastly, the wood was peeling by refrigerator.
