J'ai été impressionné par la simplicité de l'équipe et l'accueil. La proximité avec les deux gares, un centre commercial et des restaurants devant la gare de Lille/Flandres est un atout majeur. Le prix m'a par contre semblé un peu plus élevé mais les facteurs sus énumérés pourraient le justifier.

The room was nice, spacious, good pillows. The breakfast was also nice enough.
Shower water pressure wasn't great, the AC was not strong enough (and it wasn't that hot in Lille, around 28C).
The location is excellent for rail travelers, for shopping and dining. We also enjoyed our breakfasts there. We found the reception staff to be very helpful answering our many queries. We would happily stay there again.
The evening meals at the hotel's restaurant were a bit disappointing both for ourselves and some friends who joined us on one occasion but of course we did not sample the entire menu. There are some nice restaurants nearby.
Location and it was comfortable
Made we wait 5 hrs to check in . They could have been little more accommodating than following the 3pm check in, considering I took a 10hr flight
The room was comfortable and the hotel is within half a kilometre from the city centre.
Arriving by car, this was a difficult start to our stay. The parking is beneath the hotel but one must leave on foot through the railway station across a busy road. The lift in the railway station was out of order. The staff struggled to help me negotiate the discounted parking fee and failed resulting in so.expense.

Everything but the location
The hotel's location is excellent. There is no parking under the hotel but there is one in the train station that is pretty close. Hotel staff is very nice and accommodating.
The hotel is old and dated. Also the toilet did not seem clean enough.
Close to train station
Although it is close to the train station and convenient for travellers there are many homeless people and people begging for money nearby. Also, the hotel did not cancel the holding deposit despite numerous emails. We resorted to contacting our bank to refute pending transaction. Communication with the hotel was extremely poor and the staff are not friendly.
