Tout s'est bien passé, l'hôtel est bien situé, sauf qu'il ne dispose pas de son parking. Et le parking public est très cher!!!!

L'emplacement convenait totalement à nos besoins. Le petit déjeuner parfait.

Cons:

Sur notre séjour de 3 jours, un après-midi nous sommes rentrés pour faire dormir notre fille de 4 ans. La chambre n'a pas été faite. Nous sommes donc allé voir la réception pour leur signalé. Cependant nous avons du attendre 30 min pour démarrer l'intervention pendant que nous attendions dans le Sas de l'ascenseur. Nous avons trouvé sa un peu moyen pour un hôtel de cette catégorie. Pas de parking, pas de vrai avantage tarifaire sur les parkings du secteur cela est bien dommage.

la situation géographique

Cons:

Quelques points à améliorer : il n’y avait pas de cafetière dans la chambre. De plus, j’ai trouvé le personnel de l’accueil peu chaleureux, car à plusieurs reprises mes salutations sont restées sans réponse.

Très bon établissement. L'hôtel devrait proposer des places de parking à prix plus abordable.
Pros:

Superficie de la chambre, confort du lit, beau téléviseur, proximité centre ville

Cons:

Le coût du parking, 33 euros du dimanche au lundi c'est excessif

A pleasant stay
Pros:

Room was clean and well equipped. Comfortable bed and good wardrobe space.
Staff were very efficient, courteous and helpful.
Right next to the Eurostar station and not that far the old city.

Cons:

the room was small and the thermostat/aircooling system was not functioning. As a result the room became extremely hot with no ability to cool down and the night was uncomfortable.
something else that should be improved is to have a sink /handwash basin in the toilet.

Heerlijk hotel en zou het bij iedereen aanraden.
Pros:

Het ontbijt was top, het hotel ligt aan het treinstation en in de buurt van het winkelcentrum en je loopt in korte tijd zo het centrum van Lilli in. Het bed heerlijk groot matras stevig maar niet te hard.

Cons:

De temperatuur in de kamer 22,5 graden deze was niet lager te krijgen en is te warm om er in te slapen, mede geen raam wat open kan.

Ruime kamers met alles voorzien,niks tekort

Cons:

Het enige minpuntje is de borg van 150 euro,je kan het niet met bankkaart betalen,wel met Mastercard en daar gaat dan 11 euro taks af,ik had graag ingelicht geweest hierover

Good choice for a night in Lille.
Pros:

Friendly reception staff, hotel is in very good location, you can just walk into town. The room was good, quality bed and felt new and fresh. Breakfast was ok.
