Pour un hotel Hilton c’était vraiment pas l’experience souhaité
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner etait pas bon! Le personnel etait gentil mais nous a pas donné d’info ou instructions sur la ville ou l’hotel.

Was an excellent snapshot of Lille and the hotel was an excellent base of operations.
Pros:

Really enjoyed the room service and the drinks.

Cons:

Felt that the cleaning staff could have been politer, was ignored when tried to greet them due to either being on phone call or having ear phones in.

Great location for our first visit to Lille
Pros:

Perfect location, right by the Eurostar Station and only 6 min walk to Lille Flandres Station and the start of the town centre. A great base for a weekend of exploring and culture. Quiet rooms and comfortable. Kettle as well as a coffee pod machine

Cons:

Glad I took my own extra tea and coffee as not enough in room. Mugs not cleaned properly and seemed they just got wiped out in the room, rather than clean mugs actually replaced each day (One day actual coffee drips were still left on the mugs where missed spots). Sink tap water never got hot (although shower was lovely and hot)
