Had a 3 night stay. Antoine was extremely helpful with places to visit and eat.

Fijn hotel in een fantastische stad!
Pros:

Prachtige ruime kamer! Heerlijke bedden en fijne kussens. Geen lawaai van buiten.

Cons:

De airconditioning ging niet lager dan 21.8 graden. Dit is te warm om in te slapen. Ook beneden bij het ontbijt was het ontzettend warm. We komen graag nog eens terug in Lille, hotel is voor herhaling vatbaar als de airconditioning werkt.

DON'T STAY THERE IF YOU WANT TO SLEEP AT NIGHT!

Excellent location for someone travelling from Lille Europe

Cons:

I DIDN'T GET ANY SLEEP. First, there was a constant tapping noise, which seemed like coming from the room above me. Then, during the night TWICE the fire alarm went off for "technical reasons". The hotel should refund the money paid by each guest staying there on the night of April 5!

Good stay overall
Pros:

The bed was super comfortable, the room was very well acoustically isolated and equipped with curtains for total darkness.

Cons:

While I enjoyed my stay overall, there were a few areas that could use some improvement.
The room and bathroom showed some signs of dust, particularly on the headboard and towel hooks — small details, but ones you'd hope to find addressed at a 4-star hotel.

I also found myself without a hairdryer, and after two trips to reception it took a little while to get one sorted. The staff were helpful, but it did feel like a bit of an unnecessary inconvenience.

The continental breakfast was pleasant enough, though at €19 I was expecting a slightly wider selection. A little more variety would go a long way.

I hope these are useful points for the team to consider for a better experience.

The breakfast photos aren’t an accurate display of what is available.

The property was lovely and clean.

Cons:

Plenty! The breakfast was hit and miss for our four visits. One visit no mugs or spoons. There were usual excuses , not acceptable for a 4 star hotel., often ran out of bread. The quality of bread was poor. The breakfast staff were kind and pleasant.
Had to ask for towels and bins to be emptied from our guest room. Bedding not changed in a 4 night stay.
The exit door of the hotel room squeaked loudly. It may appear as a trivial matter, not the case when one guests exits the room when other guest is asleep. Automatically woken up.

A restaurant may be advertised, no evening meals other than basic snacks.
In my opinion, I would say the ground floor area to relax is not a particularly inviting area.
