Tout le personnel, la propreté des chambres
Emplacement idéal pour un séjour à Londres. Eurostar au pied de cet hôtel.
Les réceptionnistes aux petits soins et de très bons conseils pour se déplacer le soir dans le centre de Lille.

L'entrée de l'hôtel est magnifique, c'est à proximité de la gare et le personnel est sympa et répond à toutes nos questions
Le fait qu'il n'y a pas de machine à café avec capsules et qu'on ne puisse pas ouvrir la fenêtre pour aérer

Room service cleaning, not so clean
The hotel is modern and well located. Breakfast and dinner were very good. The staff wa friendly and very nice when we presented a problem to them. They immediately compensated that with free breakfast for the 2 days.
Unfortunately the room we were given was not properly cleaned, there were signs of dirty shoes at the entrance and one of the beds had hair and dirt inside, the sheets were not clean. Unfortunately the only parking close to it is the station one that is very expensive, but they suggested another another one 10 minutes away that was half price (15 € vs 30 € per night)
Locatie is perfect. Letterlijk tegenover de Westfield Mall. Let wel op, de westfield mall is op zondag dicht. ha ha ha :)!
De kamer was geweldig. Absurd schoon en schitterend ingericht. Er was een bad en een Nespresso apparaat. De airco was perfect. Geweldige geluidsisolatie ook. Het ontbijt was heerlijk. Je zit echt midden in het centrum van Lille. Alles op loopafstand.
Geen eigen parkeergarage. De openbare parkeergarage is wel erg dichtbij. Je kan 24 uur parkeren voor € 44,10 bij de parkeergarage Euralille Gare A (Europe). Regel dit van te voren door je in te schrijven en te reserveren online via de app 'Indigo Neo'. De website is vrij chaotisch dus regel dit op je gemak en niet op het laatste moment.
