We had such an amazing experience thanks to the incredible staff. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel genuinely welcomed and comfortable. They took their time attending to us, constantly checked that we were satisfied, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.

Our stay is comfortable and pleasant in general.
Pros:

The reception is big and has a "Wow" effect. Staff are friendly and hospitable. Inside the room is clean. Breakfast has a variety and plenty of food to choose from.

Cons:

They didn't seem fully staffed. Responding to requests is not prompt, maybe not enough staff, compared to other hotels. Although some requests are met. The big window in our room is dirty; we didn't get a good city view, and it wasn't cleaned.
The toiletries are minimal, and the shower water pressure is weak.
