Recommended this amazing hotel and compliments for Akanksha
Pros:

Location near the international airport. Beautiful luxury hotel with 3 restaurants. Big room with everything you need and great facilities and an amazing bathroom. Breakfast was super and a had a lot of diversity of food. Friendly staff especially the woman at the reception, Akanksha, compliments for her kindness and service! Would go back if i needed to stay in Mumbai again.

Cons:

Comparing to the price of the hotel and breakfast , the price of the coffee I ordered the next day was too overpriced : 470 INR. That almost €5,- . Just black coffee in a paper cup, (cause i wanted to drink it near the swimming pool outside) Its the same price I have paid for the whole breakfast that morning. If I knew before, i would have made coffee/tea in my room , that would have been for free.

Fantastiskt hotell nära flygplatsen
Pros:

Fantastiskt hotell i Mumbai, mycket nära flygplatsen. Utmärkt service, mycket fint rum, stor och bra frukost samt en härlig pool. Här bor vi gärna igen!

Wouldn’t stay again
Pros:

Pool area fabulous staff in resturant very good bed was comfy decent tv good aircon

Cons:

Reception staff not friendly ,requests not met ,nothing I could eat on menus appart from a couple of choices very poor ,no water for a day and a half dispute asking for it too be sorted ,no small towels again asked till the night we left ,very exspensive too eat and drink ,room tired filthy windows not cleaned properly floor lifting very tired

One of the best hotels for looking after people.
Pros:

We booked hotel for two nights and third day we have to catch flight. Unfortunately our flight is cancelled so we panicked to get another hotel or extension if available but got contect with front office manager Mr Rajesh Paliwal and all panic is solved by him and he arranged booking staff that we can book rooms at day to day basis. Nearly get content with us and how we are.
Booking staff also so kind provide anything we need.
Breakfast is very good lots of variety and staff is so kind.
Room service is very good, clean room every day and change everything every day. Room cleaning lady was excellent we don't need to ask for anything because it was so good.
Our stay is so pleasant we will go again and again

Overall the people in the reception were not kind, we left in the morning and when we arrived at midnight with our 4 children they promised they will put an additional bed in each room, however when we arrived and were tired they did not to put the beds, the receptionist promised that the price we paid including the beds, which he said a number of times that the beds will be there. When we arrived they wanted an additional price and called the receptionist who lied and stuttered the whole conversation. The service at the receptionist was below the average. We left very upset from our vacation, and they didn’t even give us any compensation.
