Just like 7 years ago.
Pros:

Michael bent over backwards to help with a blocked sink and other things. Very happy about that. A happy obliging fellow.
Room large and comfortable.
Location near though not on the beach nethertheless good, convenient.
Had stayed there 7 years before - had not changed.

Cons:

Back room was actually pretty dark with lights on.
Blocked sink needed attention 3 times - not good.
Could change rooms to a front apartment, which was brighter and better, though it did not need to come to that.
Front desk closing at 5pm seemed a bit early.
Shower water pressure a bit low.

Location was good

Cons:

Room was dirty...scurting boards ..floors ..aircon was filthy .fans .patio etc ..very disappointed
Couldn't turn aircon off .had to turn it off at mains
In bathroom
Spa had been removed for a new one to be installed in few days. Should have been something on website saying there wasn't one
For the price of room was very disappointed
Michael was ok ..
Anyhow sadly won't return

Would base ourselves here again for the event next year.
Pros:

Great location for the Event we were in town for (Rainforest Rumble MTB), easy parking and an easy walk to the beach & bus stop.

Dusty room...especially lamps and in and around pictures on walls. Cushions on sofa not overly great. Pillows in bedroom so thin needed two.

Buena ubicación y tranquilo. Aparcamiento en el alojamiento. Trato amable.

Cons:

Está algo anticuado. Ciertos extras se pagan como el detergente de la lavadora y solo puedes recogerlo en el horario de recepción.

Needed a place to stay as moving interstate, and staff very helpful
Pros:

Proximity to Beach and Family. Pool, but we didn't use it. Parking under cover. Two toilets.

Cons:

Stairs!!! There was no lift for old people like ourselves. Ditto for the bedroom and ensuite being up another flight of stairs.

Great stay in Trinity beach.
Pros:

Great location in Trinity beach. On the main street, but far enough to not have the noice but close enough to walk to. Bus stop is close. The apartment is spacious for a family of 4, has everything you need for an easy beach holiday. The staff were so helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The internet was a bit slow, but was upgraded.
