The perfect holiday stay
Pros:

Perfect location and facilities. The views of the Mediterranean and the mountains took our breath away. In the evening, the mountains looked like a water color painting.

Hotellet er rigtig flot både udefra og indvendigt, og selve bygningen og omgivelserne giver et godt førstehåndsindtryk. Desværre blev oplevelsen ødelagt af personalets attitude og service.
Jeg oplevede personalet som uhøfligt og ikke særlig imødekommende. Når man bor på et hotel, forventer man venlig og professionel service, og det synes jeg desværre manglede.
Det er synd, for hotellet har et stort potentiale og ser rigtig godt ud. Hvis personalet var mere venligt, hjælpsomt og professionelt over for gæsterne, ville oplevelsen være meget bedre.
