A modern, comfortable stay offering tremendous value for money.
Pros:

We loved everything about Kaia Residence. The property is tucked away at the end of a short alley in a bustling neighbourhood. But the high walls and garden create an oasis of quiet calm in the middle of the city.

The room (a “deluxe quiet” room on the third floor) was spacious, comfortable and impeccably clean. There was a full size fridge, a kettle and a two element cooktop. There were basic cooking utensils as well as pots and pans, but with so many amazing, inexpensive food options ao close by we can’t imagine cooking in our room.

The bed was probably the most comfortable we’ve had ao far in Vietnam (including an earlier six week visit in 2023-24), and combined with the whisper quiet, efficient AC unit we had some very restful sleeps.

The washroom is spacious and well laid out, with a modern shower with good pressure and (apparently) limitless hot water.

Wifi signal was consistent and very strong.

Cons:

We have absolutely no complaints about the property.

Cons:

Da unser Aufenthalt auf Tet New Year gefallen ist, haben wir sehr viel zuhause gekocht (vegetarische Familienrestaurants alle geschlossen) Die Küchenausstattung ist eigentlich ausreichend, aber es gab nur ein Messer
Wir hätten natürlich auch fragen können aber alles easy trotzdem 10/10 Aufenthalt. Das sollte die Bewertung nicht schmälern ;)

C’est un lieu tranquille, situé dans un magnifique jardin, avec un très jolie ameublement !
Un personnel adorable.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner très bon (traditionnel) mais il manquait des fruits, et pas de café gratuit disponible dans les chambres .
Un autre détail, les chambres du rez de chaussés sont plus bruyantes que à l’étage (beaucoup d’arrosage/nettoyage)

Kleine Oase im Trubel der Stadt
Pros:

Das Appartement ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und der Innenhof/Garten echt bezaubernd. Phương hat sich liebevoll um uns gekümmert. Es war alles sehr sauber.

Cons:

Für meinen Geschmack war das Bett etwas hart. Aber da sind die Vorlieben auch wirklich unterschiedlich.

We were comfortable at Kaia Residence and enjoyed our stay. We loved Phuong, She was beautiful.
Pros:

Phuong the manager was delightful. She was so informative and accommodating, she organised cars and tours for us. Our unit was comfortable and clean. We had a big bed that was comfortable. It was so convenient having a kitchen, microwave and a washing machine. All detergents were supplied.

Cons:

The location was not great. There was no pool and it was quite a distance from the beach. You couldn't get to the beach without transport. It would not be a good location to stay with children. The garden needs some work and tidying up.
