the staff was not nice, all day games are on people can come in and go anywhere in the hotel the workers aren’t interested in the guess rather in putting makeup n getting tips from the tourists ect
no ice buckets at all and i asked for towels they gave me a hand towel the elevator wasn’t working at all and will probably never work but they won’t tell you that… i called a week in advance and they failed to say about the elevator and they knew my son is autistic, they moved me to the MELIA across the street with the help with the suitcase and i paid a crackhead to help ‘me!

Agradable estadía, es un hotel hermoso, tienes todo dentro de el. No hay necesidad de salir a ningún lado. Justo al frente tienes restaurantes y áreas recreativas. Amamos.
