Pros:

When we booked in to our room next morning we had Ants in the room
Not good for a 4 start hotel
We were moved to another room
That not the point this is a health and safety issue
The night we arrived the weather was bad the hotel bar man
Told us about the menu and what he told us what we getting was not the same
This was brought to the management and we were told we be fraud it never happened

The staff is always friendly and the hotel is very clean. I’ve never had an issue with requested accommodations. The complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus this stay.

It was fair..
Cons:

Room was update as far as carpet and wall paper. Sadly the furniture was old, very dirty and the small refrigerator was not working, covered in scratches and dents. Certainly not satisfactory for a $200.00 room. *Hotel was not easy to find or get to from the expressway.
