Great hotel in a great location
Pros:

The hotel was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Staff was very friendly and pleasant. There was plenty of parking in a well-lit parking lot.

Decent but think there are better in the area for less $$. Doubt we will return.
Pros:

Convenient location. Breakfast area seating in an atrium where you can see a woods and nature trail
Bed and pillow very comfortable. I like soft.

Cons:

Signs all over letting you know they are giving you free breakfast.
Worn woodwork, flooring.

Good, friendly people, nice property, facilities provided definitely need elevation and improvement
Pros:

the staff was very helpful and responsive. Additionally the room was clean and spacious.

Cons:

The breakfast menu options do not change for days together, which is a little disheartening. Additionally, experienced issues with lock to the bathroom door, and main door, and the maintenance mentioned the time it takes to fix it would be beyond my stay period. This was unfortunate.

Priced appropriately
Pros:

Great location and super staff.

Cons:

The rooms are noisy. When the upstairs guests turned in, it was super noisy. Seemed like the walls and ceilings are thin.

Pros:

When we booked in to our room next morning we had Ants in the room
Not good for a 4 start hotel
We were moved to another room
That not the point this is a health and safety issue
The night we arrived the weather was bad the hotel bar man
Told us about the menu and what he told us what we getting was not the same
This was brought to the management and we were told we be fraud it never happened
