Cons:

Hotel near the airport is supposed to have quick and reliable shuttle service, otherwise the whole stay is spoiled.
First of all, I received instructions and the ability to track the shuttle, which was great. However, the instructions said that P4 was the pickup zone for the shuttle, but the airport had moved it to P3. It would have been better if the hotel had not sent those outdated instructions, because I went to P4 even though the airport maps clearly showed that P3 was the shuttle pickup area. I probably lost 30–40 minutes because of that, or even more, since it was nighttime and there were no direct trains between P3 and P4.
Then I waited over an hour for the shuttle. The lady at reception answered the phone only on my third call and said that the shuttle would arrive at 1:40, but it never did. At about 2:00 a.m., I asked the driver from the hotel next to Hampton Inn to take me instead. When I arrived, the hotel shuttle was just about to leave.
So instead of arriving at 12:30 a.m., I got there at 2:10 a.m.
Breakfast was okay, the room was okay, the elevator was very slow, and the staff was okay.

A lot of waiting around to get stuff done, we got charged for parking when we did not have a vehicle
Cons:

The TV in our room wasn't working i was calling the front desk but they don't pick up the phone. It took over 4 hours to get the TV fix , plus housekeeping didn't show up to clean the room until 5pm we ask one housekeepers that was in the hallway for clean towels she said she doesn't have our room number on her list that we should wait on our housekeepers.

Pros:

Quarto e banheiro espaçosos e muito limpos. Cama um pouco mole, mas o colchão não estava deformado. Chuveiro muito bom, com bastante pressão! Mas não gosto da combinação banheira/chuveiro.

Cons:

O café da manhã não tem muitas opções, é ok. E o espaço é pequeno, fica cheio facilmente.
Os elevadores são muuuito devagar!!!
Apesar de ter bastante vaga, vc precisa pagar o estacionamento à parte…
