La del aire acondicionado suena terrible toda la noche pésimo la ducha no funciona bien agua fría de golpe y agua súper caliente No es posible bañarse el personal de recepción no tienen la amabilidad para atender daba miedo pedirles algo y en toda la estancia solo limpiaron un vez la habitación pero por qué yo busqué al personal para que lo haga 😭😭 NO VOLVERÍA
Good location, close to train station. They were accommodating to a very late check in (after midnight). Did not charge us for parking due to late arrival. The room was very clean.
Our room key didn’t work initially and we had to go back to desk to have keys reactivated. However; this was resolved quickly. The temperature in the room was 76 when we entered and it took a while to cool down but eventually did. It would be nice if breakfast was offered a little later than 9:30 but it is understandable.
Shuttle didn’t arrive at the airport even after multiple calls. Someone else finally brought us there. Arrived more than 2 hours later. Requested an upper floor room but got one on the ground floor closest to the lobby and elevator so noisy.

The location was good, its pretty close to the airport. There is a mall less than a mile away, ihop also close by so there was options for breakfast.
The hotel isnt generally clean. From the elevator to the bedroom... especially the bath tubs....
