My 2nd time staying here. I plan on returning next week for a few days- I do not want room 232!
Pros:

The 2 guys that were at the front desk when I checked in were great. Made me laugh after a long day of travel and work and made pleasant conversation.

Cons:

The WiFi connected no problem the first time but only stay connected for a few minutes and when I tried to reconnect it kept saying they couldn’t find my name or something.
From the minute I walked into the room and all through the night until I left the toilet ran. And ran and ran. It was loud and made for a miserable night. I tried to call downstairs but it didn’t work and I was so tired I just turned the tv up to try and drown it out. I let the lady know when I left- it was room 232.

Excelente ubicación para salir temprano al aeropuerto
Pros:

El desayuno esta básico, pero rico, lo suficiente para aguantar a la hora de la comida, se encuentra ubicado frente al aeropuerto, SERVICIO DE GUARDA EQUIPAJE SIN COSTO.

staff dont wanna work , specially front desk.

Cons:

Staff, service, we stayed 4 night, only 1 time room service, asked front desk they said cant do room service everyday even you request. one night i went to take some shower towel , staff said housekeeping staff is not available so, cant provide, then after brief fight they bring towels.

Pros:

La habitación esta bien, aunque no da la sensación de limpieza.
Que los Hampton sigan realizando servicio de limpieza cada 2 dias me parece vergonzoso, el Covid ya paso y todos los hoteles han vuelto a la normalidad, si no se limpia habrá que realizar un descuento por no realizar la limpieza diaria de la habitación

El olor del hotel es muy desagradable
El desayuno cada vez es más pobre y sin variedad de un dia para otro
