Location is awesome!
the hotel cleanliness and they let me had breakfast when i arrived in the morning ; also there was a fire alarm in the wee hours of the morning and hotel handed led it well giving us extended checkouts
just the guy ( elderly black guy ) who was keeping my luggage was very impatient with me as i had arrived early so wanted to take out changing clothes so he kept saying i shouldn't be in the luggage room ( it was only 2 minutes ) but the other guys were extremely nice, i had already stored everything and remembered i forgot my phone i called them back and they were very understanding, i was trying to avoid that particular guy, he wasn't being rude but he wasn't being nice either.

THE AC system in my room made a terrible noise all night!
Also a FIRE ALARM triggered at 5AM.
SO had a terrible time trying to sleep!

길만 건너면 저지가든 아울렛에 갈 수 있어서 짐 맡겨놓고 아울렛 다녀오기 좋았습니다.
우버로 맨하탄 미드타운까지 65달러 정도 나왔고, 뉴어크 공항 도착해서도 원래 숙소까지 무료셔틀이 제공된다고 했었습니다.
방도 넓고 침대도 큰 사이즈 둘이라서 편했습니다.
공항에 셔틀이 안 왔어요. 밤중에 도착하는 항공편이었는데 한참을 기다려도 셔틀이 안 와서 호텔에 연락했더니 차량사고로 차량 운행을 그날은 안 한다고 우버를 부르거나 다른 호텔 차를 타거나 알아서 오라고 하더라고요.
그리고 호텔 예약 후 받은 메세지에서 p4에서 호텔 셔틀을 타라고 했는데 1년전쯤부터 모든 호텔 셔틀은 p3에서 타는 걸로 바뀌었다고 하니 참고하시기 바랍니다.
무료조식도 부실했어요.
The breakfast was great. It was a good place to stay while traveling to another location.
I did not like being charge for parking our can at the hotel. We were not only charged for while we were away but they also charge us for the nights we stayed there.

The breakfast could be better; just eggs, apples, bagels and waffles. Just adding some bacon could be good. The reception girl and the transfer guy weren’t friendly and the worst for us is the transfer — they say it leaves every 30 min and it’s a lie. We needed it 3 times and we waited for more than one hour for it in and out the airport. Also they sent a message saying we should wait for it at P4 but it’s been 6 months the terminal changed and they couldn’t update the message for the guests, so we were waiting on the wrong place for a long time, besides the one hour on the right spot. Lacking organization.

Pleasantly Surprised. Spotless , Room large , shuttle to Airport , across the road from Jersey Gardens . Small bar in lobby ( not open on a sunday)
