Excellent, better than expected!

Good location for airport and shopping
Pros:

Great location near the mall, has airport shuttle so that is very convenient.
Room and bedding was comfortable, loved the bathroom amenities, basic breakfast provided.

Cons:

I paid for two nights but stayed only one and was told the second night would be refunded. Despite following up, I have received neither the refund nor any response. Additionally, although the shuttle service was stated earlier , no one came to pick me up from the station after my late-night arrival. Overall, this caused significant inconvenience.

Convenient location
Pros:

A comfortable, quiet and clean stay, close to Newark Airport. For a small fee we were allowed to access our rooms early in the morning, which was a lifesaver after being in transit for over 20 hours. Along with regular free airport shuttle transport, breakfast is also complimentary.
The breakfast variety is limited, but there are hot and cold options and unfortunately no healthy cereal choices (but there was some fruit and yogurt). The cutlery, bowls and plates are all plastic.
Bus stops are nearby, including those to New York city. The Jersey Gardens Mall is within walking distance, along with a few eateries.

Recommended For An Airport Stay
Pros:

Room was well maintained, very clean and comfortable with lots of hot water in the morning.

The complementary breakfast substituted peppered egg rounds for the normal scrambled eggs, they were delicious and went very well with the chicken patties that replaced the normal bacon offering. The breakfast room was spotless and the staff was on top of keeping things clean and well stocked.

They have a limited room service menu with some pizzas, chicken burger and salad. We had a pepperoni and a chicken ranch pizza, 10" so more of a personal size, delivered to the room and found them very tasty, fresh and hot.

Cons:

The airport shuttle that runs every 30 minutes on the half and hour, wasn't on schedule for us. We spent over 50 minutes in the mid morning waiting for it to arrive. Drop off the next morning was on time and no issues.
