Un mio consiglio i cuscini in più dovreste farli trovare in camere. Chi arriva tardi come noi non deve scendere in reception a mezzanotte a chiedere dei cuscini in più.

Überwiegend hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal

Cons:

Frühstück, Rühreier waren an keinem Tag genießbar, auch andere Gäste ließen es auf dem Teller zurück. An einem Tag waren alle Eier kaputt - scheinbar der ganze Topf runtergefallen. Kaffeevollautomaten waren tlw. nicht verfügbar, Milch alle, out of Order etc.

Overall my stay was pleasant and I'll be back next year.
Pros:

The restaurant was great and the food was outstanding. My room was spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

I ate dinner in the restaurant both nights I was there and the food and service was outstanding but I did have one gripe. Before I checked out I asked for an apple. I noticed the apples on the breakfast buffet table but the waitress went to the back and got me one and returned with it in a bag. I paid the 2 euro for the apple but when I left and got down the street I opened the bag and the apple she gave me was old and the size of a red plum. It wasn't one of the granny-smith apples that was on the breakfast buffet bar. I felt that it was an apple that was probably meant for cooking. This kinda struck be in the wrong way and I threw it away. Other than that issue everything else was great.

Cons:

L'unica pecca materasso troppo rigido e manca la scelta del guanciale.
Vi consiglio un toper...non tutti amano il classoco ortopedoco.
