Ótimo custo benefício com boa localização .
Pros:

Bom atendimento, hotel moderno, bem bonito, limpo, cama confortável, muito silencioso no quarto, café da manhã gostoso e tem opção de restaurante no local com preço muito bom e comida gostosa, também tem estacionamento no subsolo com diária bem em conta, muito perto das lojas do Bom Retiro e da 25 de Março e o Mercado de Saõ Paulo também é pertinho. Adoramos.

Excelênte estadia com alguns pontos de melhoria necessários.
Pros:

Localização é excelênte, entretanto a questão dos usuários de drogas e insegurança a partir de determinado horário é crítica na região. Infelizmente não é uma questão do Hotel em si, mas da cidade.

Cons:

A limpeza do quarto ao chegar não estava boa. O quarto aparentemente estava limpo e organizado, mas o chão estava totalmente empoeirado. Ao andar descalso os pés ficaram cheios de poeira e sujoa. Mau sinal.

Elevador muitas vezes funcionando somente 1, quando ficamos em andares mais altos demora um pouco mais.

A localização e os meios de transportes facilitaram muito meus deslocamentos.

Cons:

O quarto poderia ser melhor limpo. Algumas toalhas estavam bem velhas, puídas de tantas lavagens (uso). Alguns barulhos (máquinas, ventilação, zunidos) incomodaram um pouco o descanso. O café da manhã poderia ser servido antes das 6:30, facilitaria bastante a logística de quem precisa começar o dia cedo.
