The room was nice, clean, nice size.
Staff were a bit all over the place. Check in was difficult and I had to wait for a long time to get my key card. While waiting lots of others also had difficulty. Staff also just walk into your room which I think is really unprofessional. We had ordered some shower caps and we were told 10-15 minutes maximum wait and so we waited and they didn’t turn up. Then we decided to shower about 30 mins later as we couldn’t wait anymore and we didn’t hear them knock as we were showering and they just walked in while we were there! Like please tell your staff to leave things outside and post a note to let us know they’re outside or when we had called down to reception to ask for the shower caps, let us know they will be leaving them outside the room!
Great location, modern interior and comfortable bed, the room was clean too
The breakfast was not great - the sausages did not taste right, bacon was undercooked and the scrambled eggs were quite dry. Luckily there were other options like breads, fruit etc.

El hotel tiene muy buen relación calidad - precio. Instalaciones nuevas, cómodas y muy limpias. La ubicación es excelente y el trato del personal inmejorable. El desayuno es muy completo y las habitaciones están muy bien.
Me gustó todo pero le añadiría una cafetería o bar para estar allí por la noche. Tiene un pequeño restaurante que está muy bien.
Very comfortable and clean rooms, great staff. The location is good. I like the area, which is a bit quieter. The price was very good and it was greta valuie for money.
