Centraal gelegen, kamers hygiënisch en ruim, de koffie bij het ontbijt vonden wij super lekker en is een leuk pluspuntje, personeel overal heel vriendelijk en deze verdienen om in de bloemetjes gezet te worden
Ramen konden niet open terwijl het 24 graden was, Netflix werkte niet op de tv, warm water in de douche duurde ook even, airco maakte enorm veel lawaai, de mini frigo was volledig leeg en daar konden misschien wat basics drankjes/snacks in voor de prijs, ontbijt was heel druk en vaak aanschuiven (+ veel lawaai), voor de prijs die we betaald hebben kon er misschien wel ietsje meer luxe aanwezig zijn geweest

Room was unclean. Bathroom and toilet floor was unclean. Lifts can’t cope with the amount of guests in the morning. Reception staff were nice but seemed untrained and unsure of how to manage things
Rooms were very modern, cozy and clean. Hotel was spotless, staff were polite while there and very happy to help. The hotel was very beautiful and had some great amenities.
As I said the staff were very polite while there however when we left we realised we had left our keys in the room it took us all evening to get someone to answer the phone to no avail, the next morning we managed to get through and asked if they had been found and could be sent back to us. The hotel said that they couldn't help over the phone for lost property we had to email a specific address. We did this and heard nothing for 2 days by the time we lost hope they would have been found and after calling to try and get our issue chased up we finally got an email saying they hadn't found them and that was it. With this situation leaving a sour taste in our mouths as well as a 20 minute walk to the tube station that benefited us I don't think it's somewhere we would return too.

It all felt a bit mean. No water in the bedroom no mini bar rubbish coffee in the room and the breakfast was terrible. Coffee ghastly and it felt like a cattle market
