The location is great and I walked to most things. It's also quiet in Westminster. I had a corner room and it was lovely.

It was odd that they didn't return my laundry to my room and it wasn't made clear in the hotel guide in the room that the hotel has a policy of NOT bringing laundry back to the room. I waited days until finally I asked at the desk. No one had contacted me or left a message that it was back and that I needed to collect it from Reception.
