Ok hotel, poor administration
Pros:

Hotel is nice

Cons:

I asked for an invoice when booking on booking.com and an emailed invoice when at the hotel, but have not received anything. It’s a good job I asked for a print out. If you’re not going to do something don’t offer to do it.

Locality to Westminster area.

Cons:

A bit too far from Oxford St, Regent St etc. Bar and restaurant grill was closed which was disappointing.

La struttura é super vicina al centro e lo staff é super accogliente! Ogni giorno cambiavano gli asciugamani e sistemavano la stanza. Consiglio vivamente

Cons:

Unica pecca della struttura é stata la presenza di parecchia polvere (sia sotto al letto, sulla porta e negli angoli). Purtroppo essendo una persona allergica l’ho sofferta parecchio ma magari per un’altra persona non gli dà così tanto fastidio.
Se migliorassero questa cosa sarebbe stata un’esperienza da 10!

Hotel bien, localización not bad pero hay alguna recepcionista que es mejor que no te toque

Las habitaciones están bastante nuevas y no le falta de nada

Cons:

Quise alargar mi estancia una noche más y la recepcionista del turno de noche me
Hizo estar casi 1 hora esperando porque no sabía hacer llaves nuevas , pagué y no me quiso dar la llave de la nueva habitación (para alargar mi estancia) y tuvo que ayudarla otro recepcionista porque ella se comportó de manera poco profesional, sin aportar soluciones, muy muy perdida en su trabajo y no me dejaba hablar porque se alteró. Pésimo trato.
