Location comfortable room
Breakfast was ok could be better
The room was excellent, adequate room size, lovely bathroom facilities and clean.
The breakfast again was excellent with plenty of choice.
All the staff we met were friendly and helpful - reception, bar and at breakfast
There wasn't anything we didn't like, but would suggest that a mirror in the bedroom area would be useful

Great central location, very clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The 12pm checkout was a big advantage and made a noticeable difference to my day, I didn’t feel rushed and was able to leave feeling relaxed and well rested, compared to the usual 11am checkout.
Only very small issues… there was no bin liner in the bin, no spoon for making tea, and the milk and sugar provided were in very small quantities.
Staff was very kind and helpful, without exception. The room was on the smallish side but very nice, clean, and well-appointed. Bonus: it was virtually next door to the Tate Britain, a great museum!
Nothing - it's a really lovely hotel and great value for its Westminster location
The room was not as clean as I would have expected - stayed last year and seems to have lost the edge since transfer of ownership. Mat at the front door also needed vacuumed - small detail, but these things count in a competitive landscape.
The hotel was modern, clean and the staff were very friendly.
The opening times of the bar and restaurant resulted in us not using them and going out to find other places instead which is a shame as we wanted to!

This Rui is in a great location close to Big Ben and Parliament. Rooms are clean and quiet. I love the staff here from the front seat to housekeeping. Special thanks to Romero and Vj who always make he stay so pleasant and welcoming
Comfy bed
Price of breakfast. Luckily there are some really good breakfast places near by
Peaceful hotel in a quiet corner of London, but very well located for Tate Britain and other city attractions. All the staff we met were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable but the design is quirky and 'of its time'. The overall hotel is overdue a little tlc - it will be interesting to see what plans the new owners (Riu) have to reinvest, but they come with a good reputation.
We hope that the new owners will soon bring a bit of their spanish pzazz to the breakfast offer in terms of quality, choice, freshness and variety - the current offer is very ordinary and unmemorable given the price paid.
