La struttura ha reso ancora più piacevole il viaggio
Pros:

Struttura elegante e situata in una posizione stupenda. Sei a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro e 5 dalla Tate Britain, a fianco alle sponde del Tamigi.
Nelle camere non c’è la moquette, la colazione è internazionale e dalla palestra c’è una vista meravigliosa sulla città.

Cons:

Molta frenesia nell’area breakfast: in sala ci sono molto camerieri che passano a toglierti piatti o tazze appena le appoggi sul tavolo. Io personalmente preferisco una colazione un po’ più lenta.

Great value for money
Pros:

The style of the hotel was lovely. really like the room layout with the sliding door for the bathroom area, which also helped reduce corridor noise. Having an iron in the room was appreciated.

Cons:

There was the sound of running water from another room which was quite distracting/annoying. The limescale build up in the shower was a little off putting.

Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel für einen Kurztrip

Wir hatten einen guten Aufenthalt. Das Hotel
Ist sehr gut gelegen. Vieles ist unter anderem
Fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Zimmer hätte etwas größer sein können, aber für das Preis-Leistung Verhältnis passend. Das Frühstücksbuffet war dagegen toll und ausgiebig.

Overall good but disappointing in some aspects explained above.
Pros:

Location...easily accessible for transport and other sightseeing places

Cons:

I really felt that the hotel lacked in providing for items in the rooms which we find at other hotels. There were items that were actually charged for which are usually free in the hotel.
Also I was very disappointed with the fact that lost items were discarded and not kept in lost items. I was not informed at all and when I enquired they said it must have been thrown away despite the fact that they have a policy of keeping lost property.

Buen hotel pero con poca habla española
Pros:

Hotel muy céntrico. Con un personal muy atento , no me acuerdo del.nombre pero hay en recepción un empleado brasileño que habla español que nos hizo de traductor y nos orientó en todo lo que le preguntamos para una mejor visita a Londres

Cons:

Lo única pega que le pongo es que por ser una cadena española, el personal de recepción no habla nadie español a excepción del empleado que ya he mencionado y que no está todo el dia
