Overall very pleasant stay.
Pros:

Good location easy to get around with an uber.

Cons:

No basin plug...... Water from shower head comes out very slow.. No mirror in the room

Minha estadia foi curta porém agradável como sempre, consegui descansar após 15 horas de voo.✈️

Nós gostamos do conforto que o hotel nos dá em todos os sentidos.
Todas as refeições são deliciosas, a equipe do restaurante sendo elas do jantar e do café da manhã, são muito educados e atenciosos.

Cons:

Gostaria de deixar uma observação referente ao atendimento na recepção. Nas minhas duas últimas hospedagens, percebi que o atendimento foi um pouco distante. Os recepcionistas que me atenderam demonstraram pouca simpatia e quase não estabeleceram contato visual tanto no check-in, no check-out e também ao fornecer informações, o que me fez sentir que o acolhimento inicial poderia ter sido melhor.

Na primeira vez em que me hospedei no hotel, tive uma experiência bastante positiva: fui recebida com cordialidade e atenção, o que causou uma ótima impressão. Por isso, senti diferença nas visitas seguintes.

Acredito que o primeiro contato faz muita diferença na experiência do hóspede, pois todos gostam de sentir-se bem recebidos. Deixo esse comentário com a intenção de contribuir para que o atendimento continue mantendo o padrão de qualidade que o hotel já demonstrou ter.
