Pros:

I had taken buffet for the three of us but it was not available because of the holiday season. So we had to do entree but there was a lot of complexities with the way it worked. Any small change would cost us.

Cons:

We stayed for a week because I had a surgery at Cleveland Clinic. The first night when we reached, the front desk did not mention that the dinner hours are reduced due to the holiday season. we rested for 45 mins and came down to the restaurant and they said restaurant was closed. We had to call multiple times to get service sometimes.

A honeymoon suite for my wonderful parents
Pros:

One of the best hotels I have ever stay at in my life. Reminded me of billeting . Just like the military but luxurious. Customers are well taken care of.

Great stay
Pros:

Proximity to Cleveland Clinic. Good valet parking. Good restaurants.

Cons:

I think the rooms would have felt more cozy if they were painted in a neutral color. The white paint is so cold.

Great place to stay if you need to access the Cleveland Clinic
Pros:

The Hotel is attached by walkways to many of the Cleveland Clinic Medical Center facilities. This made it very convenient as a place to stay the evening before my wife had surgery.
Very clean. Spacious rooms. Comfortable.

Cons:

There was a Keurig with coffee and tea but no creamers and no sweeteners and no spoons or stir sticks. The front desk was able to fix this but I had to be somewhat insistent for this to occur.

Comfortable and convenient
Pros:

We stay here frequently due to proximity to Cleveland Clinic.
The rooms are comfortable and staff helpful. Both restaurants on premise have good food.

A World Class Hotel!

Always a good stay.
Pros:

My wife and I stay monthly at Cleveland clinic intercontinental. Staff are pleasant and room is always clean. Good bar and restaurant. Bar staff are always great. For convenience you can’t go wrong staying here if you are getting care at Cleveland Clinic.

Professionally AMAZING
Pros:

Had some issues with my room a few months ago. They annotated my account after my review. Fast forward and they saw i had another reservation. They went above and beyond to make up for the issue in September. Price of the room was great, the location was good, the lobby and bar/restaurant atmosphere was that of high end without the high prices. Kaan, and Samantha are some of the most professional people I have met at any IHG branded hotel. I am a Diamond member and travel a lot for work. Out of all my travels this hotel and staff knock it out of the park. Well done! See y'all next year

Choose for the convenience but stay for the experience.
Pros:

The hotel is conveniently located to the Cleveland Clinic. The Holiday spirit was well represented. Our king room was clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would recommend staying at The Intercontinental for your next visit. Be sure to visit both on site restaurants for an enjoyable experience.

Pros:

As always very nice. Especially the workers who made the experience special. OK you want one hundred words but I told you what I thought, which was highly positive in less than one hundred. Are we done now?
