The location was great as it is attached to Cleveland clinic which we had appointments for. The rooms were spacious, clean and luxurious. Beddings were clean and sufficient. Staff was friendly and hospitable. Table 45 restaurant is a very good restaurant.
Room TV was not smart TV. It was difficult to find a show to watch. Valet parking was $ 45 but not so efficient. We requested our car prior to check out, but had to wait for it --- when they were not busy. Lack of hustle on the parking crew.
I was there for treatment at the Cleveland Clinic. The hotel made it easy to make appointments and comfortable between them
Room wasn’t ready, the air conditioner went on and off and I couldn’t sleep. The food was just ok. I thought the hotel would be a lot better!

From the moment we checked in...everyone was friendly, the hotel/ room was clean. Staff went above and beyond when I left an item to return it to me. Club room food and drink were above average. Couldn't have asked for a better stay!
Great location if you’re receiving treatment at Cleveland Clinic. Very clean and quiet hotel. Actually one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in! I had breakfast one morning there and it was also excellent. Spent too much time visiting my husband at the hospital to enjoy dinner there, but we will be back!!

Stayed there in December 2025 and was very disappointed. My stay recently was more Intercontinental that I am used to. Much cleaner and was glad to see valet personnel and bell boys. I still have no idea what was happening in December 2025.
This hotel is staffed by such kind and professional people . My husband had a scheduled checkup with your transplant pulmologist . Cleveland Climic is excellent! Table 45 staff also are excellent. Chelsie was our great server for dinner. The toilet was running and we reported it for repairs.
This was our fourth visit and we have loved every one of them! The staff is responsive, and the room is welcoming with two very nice sitting chairs. It access to Cleveland Clinic could not be easier - go tot eh third floor, open a door and you are there. Plus good access to Little Italy.
The proximity to the hospital is very convenient.
Damien and Jeremija were extremely helpful, courteous and professional.
Definitely an asset to the company
The club floor service was great. Anntoinette, Bernadette, and Monica were amazing. Every time I stopped in, I was greeted with a big smile and a friendly welcome. They all asked how my father was doing in the hospital and turkey took an interest in him and my family. Couldn’t have felt more welcome.

Damien was very kind at check-in, friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet. The staff was helpful to me in finding my way to the Cleveland Clinic and getting transport to the airport.
We have been coming here for years and look forward to seeing Antoinette in the Club Lounge on the 14th floor. She always greets us with a hug and goes above and beyond to take care of whatever we might need. She is one of the hardest working people we have ever experienced in a hotel and always has a positive attitude and huge smile!
Antoinette in the Club Lounge is a pure delight. She is such a welcoming, kind individual who is simply the best and a reason to return. She is a true benefit to the hotel
Front desk Winnie and Damian were great as well as the bellhops. Room was clean and fresh.
In room dining was good, would like more choices. Ryan, Arial and Selma who delivered our food are always wonderful!
