Went to location attached to Cleveland Clinic .. .. room was good nice and comfortable , spacious bathroom . Table 45 was enjoyable dinner meal with Great Service!!! Like wise the cafe was also Great for morning breakfast

Outstanding facility and service supporting our medical care at the Cleveland Clinic.
I accompanied a friend who was going to Cleveland Clinic for an evaluation. From the moment of arrival we were made to feel welcome—the valet parking guys, to the check in folks were very kind and helpful.
We elected to get a room on the club floor to have access to the lounge during the day. The room and beds were comfortable and the lounge had a selection of food and snacks during the day. Breakfast selection was large with both warm and cold options. The day we arrived we sat in the lounge and had appetizers and a drink. Nice view of the campus at Case Western Reserve Medical school and the lounge attendant Bernadette was pleasant and very helpful. The next day our breakfast was facilitated by Antoinette who was also friendly and helpful to the guests.
The skyway walk on the third floor that gives you direct access to the Cleveland Clinic building gave us an easy way to transition from hotel to medical appointments.
There was a gym and restaurant within the hotel. We did not use the restaurant but heard nice things about it. All in all the interContinental was a good experience that made a difficult medical visit so much easier.
I need to be at the Cleveland Clinic and the proximity and skyway bridge was ideal. The rooms and fitness center were great. I would always advise more V=Vegan options on the 2 restaurants and room service. They were nice but limited.
I attended a surgical conference at the Cleveland Clinic. Very nice hotel. Large rooms. Quite clean. Helpful, friendly, courteous staff. Because they are across the street from the Cleveland Clinic and literally connected by a skybridge, I suspect they get a lot of "automatic business" because of their proximity. Thus, they have no obligation to be as nice and friendly as they are. Yet they do so anyways. I would definitely stay there again the next time I am at the Clinic.
Table 45 is a lovely experience. Great food & excellent service. The 14th Club level had a beverage or snack on hand.

Parking was valet and a bit expensive for our car just sitting there. I think when you pay for a great hotel, parking should be free.
great front staff and nice gym
I have been staying at this hotel with my spouse regularly for the past 3 months. This hotel is THE place to stay while receiving medical care at the Cleveland Clinic. The hotel is connected to the clinic by Skyway so that one can walk or roll (wheelchairs to borrow are plentiful in the clinic and hotel) to their appointments. Both restaurants and rooms service are pricey but in line with the price point of the hotel in general. We have tried all of these options and the food is great. The rooms are clean and beautiful. The hotel is soooooo quiet even when fully booked, especially on the upper floors. And the view! We come facing a terminal diagnosis so the peace and kindness of this place is an absolute God-send. Because we come on a regular schedule we see the same valets, bellhops and front desk personnel. All are fantastic and clearly have been trained to serve the very special kind of guests that arrive here often in great need of hope. This visit we got to stay on the 14th floor club level with access to the food and drinks in the club lounge. Antoinette was a particularly great hostess and worked hard to know her guests. If your budget for medical "tourism" to Cleveland Clinic allows, I cannot recommend this hotel enough.
Another wonderful stay. I just wanted to mention that over the past 3 months we have eaten at a great steakhouse in Niagara Falls and sit down restaurants at Disney.
None can come close to the great bread we had at the intercontinental. The comfort and ambience is also excellent along with the food and service!
We stayed here while my husband had surgery. I chose this hotel because of the how easy it was for us to get to the hospital.
A visit for medical diagnosis. It was such a helpful visit, Cleveland was such a good city to visit, and the Clinic served our needs beyond expectation.

We were there in January 2026, for Cleveland Clinic appt. and really enjoy the friendly hospitality and quality customer service and support we recieved, so when husband's surgery came around, we knew we wanted to stay again. The Valet gentlemen are great, and always so helpful with our luggage, and insightful with information about surrounding area, amenities, and making sure you recieve top notch service. Bernadette at the 14th Floor Club lounge, is an absolute jewel. We really love and enjoy coming to stay with you all. Thank you for all you do.
