Wonderful place to stay while dealing with medical issues. The staff took care of my family whilst I was admitted to the hospital.
It's always a relief to stay where there are no concerns, big or small, that we have to handle ourselves. From valet to housekeeping, front desk to room service, every need is met with kindness and professionalism. Accomodations are roomy, comfortable and clean.
This is my 5th stay at this location it is conveniently attached to the Cleveland Clinic where my husband was having surgery the restaurants have delicious food and the cafe provides breakfast and lunch then table 45 is available for drinks and dinner the room is always fresh and clean and the staff at this hotel are wonderful from the valet parking to handling your luggage to the room service to the cleaning of the room
Perfect place to stay if a family member is in Cleveland Clinic, as it is connected via covered walkways. Staff is very helpful, a good restaurant, cafe and bar.
Antoinette was a wonderful host at the intercontinental club room- she skilled at her job and bringing light into everyone's day!

The hotel is very attractive, is well maintained, and has a very pleasant staff. We were very happy and pleased with our stay. The rooms were spacious and clean. The restaurant offerings were very good and convenient for this location/area.

Actually I rate it as a 4.5. I would’ve rated it as a 5, but I had asked for a disability accessible room and while it was a very nice clean room, it was placed way down the hallway from the elevators and we had difficulty getting the wheelchair through the door. It was a regular size wheelchair and we barely scraped through. The door was constantly shutting while trying to enter the door with the wheelchair. Room service was wonderful and the breakfast buffet was great. All staff were wonderful and the convenience of having the hotel attached via a skyway to the Cleveland Clinic was fantastic. I just thought having accessible disability rooms could’ve been better thought out.

The service was exceptional. I have honestly paid way more and received way less. Everyone was friendly, nice, helpful and were genuinley so kind. The room was spacious. The location was excellent. It is probably the best hotel I have ever stayed in.

We stayed at this hotel because our daughter was having surgery at Cleveland Clinic . Hotel very clean , staff friendly , very convenient . Only complaint I have is that for a luxury hotel the beds are very uncomfortable

I stayed because my husband was in the Cleveland Clinic ICU, the hotel was so convenient. I could be to his hospital room in about 4 minutes and never had to go out in the cold snowy weather. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable. They had a wonderful exercise room. We ended up staying for a few weeks and I was able to get a little movement and work out to help with the long waiting! The staff was very accommodating and kind.
The location was perfect for our visit to The Cleveland Clinic and our room was large and comfortable. All the services were on time and very well done. We had all amenities needed or close by.
the place is very nice and very convenient to the Clinic, however when family members are going to be with family patients it is a bit expensive. There was a strange noise, mechanical or water rushing, not sure. The whole place was very clean!! Rooms were nice and roomy, the service was spot on. The bathroom was well supplied as was the main room, the only thing I wish they had was a fridge. The atmosphere was nice , it was calming.
