Nice and quiet, no city noise. Convenient to all doctor appointments at Cleveland Clinic.
Very nice room! Great Staff and service
The room was clean but very expensive. It was $469 per night WITH a discount. I stayed because my husband got admitted to the Cleveland clinic late in the evening, and it’s attached. I was overcharged, and the complementary tea had already been taken with the packaging left behind.
Great hotel and location! The Club Lounge upgrade was worth the upgrade!
More need to clean the floor of room
Positive note: Beautiful comfortable room
So convenient for Cleveland clinic client
I requested a fan before my arrival ( with online booking) but doubted they’d have one
Was pleasantly surprised at check in when they mentioned they had one!
“ and it would be sent up to my room”
It never came :(
I asked the guy who brought in the portable fridge & microwave ( “someone else would bring it”)
I never bothered asking anyone again just assumed it was coming….
One other complaint
Both The portable fridge& microwave were dirty and I had brought my own cleaning supplies so I cleaned myself
Crusty ,dusty on top , definitely food and sticky stuff inside …not at all the level of clean that I’d expect from a hotel like this
Also the bathroom door was surprisingly worn& dirty inside
And although the overall room’s cleanliness was an A on a letter scale, there was crust on the toilet seat ( I cleaned it too!) always bring my own Lysol wipes so two inconsistent areas but overall happy with my first experience at Intercontinental Hotel
clean and comfortable. Friendly staff at the restaurants.
Comfortable, clean, professional staff
I needed a room because of a family emergency. I booked at the front desk, and Damian provided top notch customer service. His kindness and professionalism took the stress out of finding last-minute lodging. He even thanked me for being an IHG member. The room was clean and quiet. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Cleveland Clinic.
Very convenient to Cleveland Clinic. All employees were pleasant and helpful.
Clean and large bedroom. Good mattress.
I wish they had a small store for quick bites and drink.
Excellent as always!!!!

Great hotel on the Cleveland Clinic Campus. Great staff, comfortable rooms, and really nice restaurants on site.
Proximity to Clinic .
Rooms very dirty. Walls dirty, old carpets, old bathroom.. The hotel needs an upgrade. Specially paying a night for almost 400.00 american dollars.
As an out of state patient at Cleveland Clinic, Intercontinental Cleveland Hotel was the perfect hotel.
Though a little pricier compared to neighboring hotels, the convenience is completely worth it.
The hotel is connected to the hospital which made it very convenient for my family and me to go back and forth between the two for appointments during my 2 week hospital stay. Due to this, it saved a lot of time as well as money that would’ve been spent on Ubers. This was also convenient as we didn’t even have to step outside in cold or rainy weather since they have the connecting skyline on the 3rd floor.
Another few perks the hotel offers is bed lowering, wheelchair availability, and 24 hour room service. As a patient, they also offer a discount for you/family.
They have a restaurant, diner, and small gift shop in the lobby. The diner offers a daily buffet, or menu options - the miso salmon was delicious.
Check in and checkout was quick.
Thank you especially to Terrance at bell desk who was so kind and welcoming.
Breakfast was way below average and expensive, without knowing this was an additional cost. Valet parking was a surprise cost. Our booked room with two double beds was not available, and we had to get a rollaway bed. very expensive and very frustrating.
Everything was clean and staff was nice and helpful
I attended a conference at the hotel. The hotel was easy to navigate. The rooms were spacious and quiet. I ate at the hotel restaurant Table 45 and had room service. Both expereinces were delicious. The hotel desk staff were welcoming.
Staff were courteous and hotel was clean and well maintained. Overall, had a wonderful stay at the hotel.
